Chapter 28

Harvey

"It's a girl!!!" Ellie cried with the biggest smile on her face. I'm not an emotional person but I felt a tear slip down my cheek this made Ellie even more emotional .

Donna, Rachel and my mom ran up and hugged Ellie, mike handed me a beer and congratulated us. I pulled Ellie away from everyone and kissed her. I can't believe my luck, I want to spend the rest of my life with this woman. I want to marry her.

The rest of the evening went really well everyone chatting away the buss of excitement filling my apartment.
It's now 9:30pm and the last few guests have left. Ellie laid on the sofa her hands gently running over her bump

"A girl!! Ellie beamed
"I can't believe it." I told her honestly
"Oh dear Mr Specter your going to be outnumbered!" Ellie laughed as I picked up her legs and laid them on my lap,
"That I am my love and if she is as beautiful as you, I'm in serious trouble" I joke with her.
"Also if she is as ticklish as you then I am going to be just fine" with a smirk on my face I ran my finger up her foot.

She instantly started laughing. "Ok babe you don't need to prove it" she spoke defensively. I couldn't help but run my finger down the sole of her foot using 3 fingers this time the squeal she let out was more than amusing,

"STOP!" Ellie shouted in a panic I stopped tickling her immediately
"What what's wrong?" I almost end shouted back at her she just grabbed my hand and placed it on her stomach, and I felt it. I felt a little kick.

"She's kicking" Ellie whispered like I didn't already know i had to laugh at her. "She obviously likes it when daddy tickles mummy" I winked
"No no more!" Ellie started laughing already I simple nodded and kept my hand where I felt the little kick.

Ellie soon stood up and started clearing things away eating chunks of cake as she goes, "here let me help" I stood up and helped her clear things away.

"Harvey what you said earlier before we cut the cake.. it was just so beautiful, it makes me fall more in love with you when I didn't think I could fall anymore. Thank you" Ellie spoke stating at me.

"Ellie it's all true. I never knew how to love when I met you. I thought love was for idiots and made up. But you came in like a whirlwind and completely swept me away" I told her as I walked and kissed her forehead. She leaned into me and yawned. 

"Come on mamma bear lets get you to bed" I spoke softly she simple nodded and we walked into the bedroom. Carefully taking off her dress she slipped one of my shirts on and crawled into bed. Falling asleep almost instantly.
