Light of my life (Saiki K x Reader-Chan)

Just a peek at his rage.

Saiki's POV
After the nurse told us to leave, we still had about ten or so minutes left of lunch. Meaning I'd have to sit with Yumehara and Teruhashi. Which I definitely didn't want to do. I'll probably sit on the roof or something. And I wish I knew what really happened in the girls bathroom. However, as you would imagine, if I used my clairvoyance, there was a likely chance I would see..... you guys know.

When we were walking down the hallway, I suddenly altered my direction for the stairs to the roof, catching Yumehara completely off guard. "H-hey, where are you going?" She asked in a confused tone. I didn't respond. We were on the second floor, and on the fourth floor was the roof. By the time she started chasing after me, I was already at the third floor, and quickly teleported to the roof. Leaving Yumehara completely dumbfounded at my 'impossible' disappearance.

I had sat down on the bench and sighed. 'Jeez. What a pain' I thought to myself. I started eating and started missed (Y.N)'s company more and more. Her smile was nice to see and I missed holding her hand. As you probably know, I'm not stupid. Something definitely happened to (Y.N), and I want to know what. It drives me crazy to think Yumehara could have done something to scare (Y.N) like threaten her, and I was no help. Granted, there was a reason I couldn't help, however there were probably measures either me or (Y.N) could have taken beforehand to insure her safety. But I guess that was a great mistake on both of our parts. Let me say this now, this situation is NOT going to turn out like it did with Kana. This is completely different and Teruhashi and Yumehara definitely have advantages up their sleeves. Scary advantages. Scary because some of them I am unfortunately powerless too.

When the bell rung, I teleported to the boy's bathroom nearest my next class. And to my dismay, (Y.N) was not in my class this period. Though through even more bad luck, Teruhashi was in this class. And wouldn't you know it, sat directly next to me. Great. I sat through class basically listening to plans on how to get to (Y.N), most of them, thankfully, could be easily stopped. I was wondering how (Y.N) was doing, so I used my clairvoyance to see her. She looked well enough. But her face wasn't that bright and beautiful smile that I came to adore. It was sad and I swear I even saw a tear come out of her eye.

Then, Teruhashi said in her mind something that didn't sit well with me. 'I hope Chiyo did what we planned. (L.N) should know that it's not ok to come in and just take Saiki like that! Her days will get worse, I swear it! Plus, I hope the choker is able to cover it up!' Cover 'it' up. What exactly? What did they do? It better not be bad, or I swear that I will replicate the same damn pain (Y.N) felt. But, maybe with a little more pain.

Your POV
I wonder what happened with Saiki and Yumehara when they left. I just hope nothing too bad happened. The day was hard, because every class I had contained either Teruhashi or Yumehara, except history, which contained my favorite person, Saiki. But it was also kind of hard to talk. I'm pretty sure that Yumehara might have damaged my larynx (vocal box). So I can talk, but my voice sounds a little different, and it hurts tremendously.

It was finally history class. I walked in and looked over to the seat next to mine, which Saiki was already sitting at. I walked over and sat down, passing a smile to him. He was about to speak when the bell rung and in came the teacher with our graded quizzes. He passed them out and then class began. We re-visited the legend of Kuchisaki Onna. Which I still gong to be quite the amazing and interesting legend. It kept me occupied and I sort of forgot about what had transpired today. But of course, there were those moments when it all came back to me at once. And I didn't feel too good.

The bell had finally rung and I stood up from my seat to walk to the door. I wanted to walk with Saiki, but I also didn't want him finding out about my bruise. I know he might get mad and hurt Teruhashi and Yumehara. They haven't done anything that bad. Sure, my throat still hurts pretty bad, but I've seen other psychics KILL people just when they were trying to shake them up or scare them, not even planning to hurt them! Imagine how bad it could be if he just tries to hurt them. I'll tell you this now, it's a scary sight to behold.

I had made it to my locker and was thinking Saiki could show up any minute now! I tried to hurry up and get out of the school fast as to avoid him. I had successfully changed my shoes when someone grabbed my hand and I was suddenly invisible! I know because someone nearly walked into me and didn't even know. The only person who could have done this was Saiki. I look to see who was holding my hand, and sure enough, it was him. He started walking while still holding my hand, forcing me along with him.

Instead of my house, we walked into a house that I assumed to be his. The walk was a little over ten minutes, so by the time we walked in the door, we had already returned to being visible. "I'm home." Saiki said blandly after we walked in the door. Then, a lady with short black hair peek her head from out of the kitchen saying, "Welcome ho-" she cut herself off when she saw my and Saiki holding hands. "OH MY GOSH! HONEY GET IN HERE! SAIKI HAS A GIRLFRIEND!!!!" She screamed at the the top of her lungs. Then, a man with brown hair clumsily stumbled into the kitchen. I giggled a little before my throat started hurting again, forcing me to stop and hold my throat in pain. Saiki looked down at me and asked, "Are you ok?" I looked at him and smiled replying with, "Y-yeah I'm fine!"

His parents were really great and they kept obsessing over how Saiki was a loner and they never thought he'd make friends. It was kind of funny. They were such goofballs and I loved it! Me and Saiki both confirmed our relationship to them and his mother almost fainted. But she was thankfully ok!

After we talked a little more, Saiki and I both went upstairs to his room. I had actually forgot about my throat and I wasn't paying attention. We both sat on his bed and I looked around to see his room. It was nice and he had games! My mind was blown when I saw (F.G)! I love that game sooooo much! Before I could tell him how much I admired that game, he had pulled my into a kiss. I was a little stunned and confused on the sudden kiss, but I don't hesitate to kiss back. Well, until I felt something touch my choker. "W-wait!" I exclaimed, but it was too late. In one pull, Saiki had successfully removed my chocker revealing my bruise from earlier. He looked at it in shock then looked at me who already had tears forming. "Who. When. How." He said. I didn't want to tell him in fear if someone getting hurt. Then again, I guess I would get hurt if I didn't tell him. "Yumehara. When we went to the bathroom. She elbowed me in the throat and threatened me to not say anything." I responded while tears were already running down my cheeks.

Then, Saiki's eyes shifted from purple to pure white, a green electrical shock was forming around his bday and his expression changed dramatically to and infuriated face. It was like what I said earlier. Psychics are very scary and VERY deadly when angered. This wasn't the first psychic I've seen this angry, and I was very scared.

"Saiki! C-calm down!" I said. Talking hold of his hands, sending an electric shock through my body, causing me to yelp in pain. He instantly returned to normal and looked at me, seeing my tear stained face still in a little agony from his shock. I was shaking and still had tears in my eyes. He hugged me and said, "I-I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to hurt you." I shook my head and replied, "I know. Just calm down ok?" He nodded and kept hugging me and pulling me as close as he possibly could.

It was scary to see him that angry. I know he didn't mean to hurt me. I know from experience. But this is why I didn't want to tell him. I've seen some psychics turn into an even angrier form of what had just happened. And I'll be honest, some of them didn't return to normal. I'm thankful that he calmed down so quickly. Otherwise, we might have had a problem.

We decided to watch Tv. We didn't have any homework tonight because it was a Friday. As soon as we turned in the Tv, the screen automatically switched to the news channel. And a women on the screen said, "Breaking news! In the Pacific Ocean, an island has apparently blown up from unknown reasons! However, some claimed to have seen an electric green light surrounding the island seconds before it exploded. That must have been a lot of TNT to blow up an island just under the height of Mt. Everest! At least assuming it was TNT!" I looked over to Saiki who face palmed and said, "Oh god." Before we heard a voice down stairs yell, "KUSUO! GET DOWN HERE RIGHT NOW!"
