A visit from an unexpected friend Pt 2

Saiki's POV
Me and Mia continued to talk. I was still, as hold always, holding onto (Y.N)'s hand. I don't ever plan on letting go. Mia told me about her and (Y.N)'s history with each other. She never ran out of something to talk about, and she smiled a lot. I can see why (Y.N) was friends with her. She looks down to a watch she was wearing and looked disappointed. "It's been about 6 hours. I'll probably go back in about a minute or so..." I nodded as Mia hugged (Y.N) and cried into her hair. "I-I wish I could have seen you wake up......" She said goodbye to me and sat down with her eyes closed, waiting to go back. And soon enough, she did disappear with a bright glowing light. Much similar to the one that woke me up earlier. 

I look down to (Y.N)'s face again. It was still as beautiful as it always was, and it was honestly looking way better than earlier. I think she'll make it. I continue to stare at her until I get a call. I look to the caller ID and saw it was my mom calling. I answer. "Hello?" I asked. I get up and walk to go to the cafeteria to grab breakfast in case she asks me if I had eaten yet. My mom replied, "Hi sweetheart! I was just making sure you were ok! Anyways, we talked to the school and they said their allowing you to stay with (Y.N) today!" I smile, but for two reasons. One, I get to act like the school gave me permission to see my girlfriend on a school day. And two, I used mind control on them. They wouldn't agree otherwise so I forced them too. But my mom doesn't know that..... "That's great. Thanks mom for letting me know." I say. "Your welcome Ku! And make sure to call if you need anything!" I nod and respond, "I will mom. Bye." And just as I'm about to hang up, she screams into the phone, "WAIT HAVE YOU EATEN Y-" I hang up on her. I knew it..... It might have been a little rude to hang up, but she knows I love her. 

I continue walking down the the cafeteria and find some breakfast to eat. Though I eat quickly. I don't know if you've noticed, but I haven't eaten much since this all happened. It was nice to eat though I want to get back to her as soon as possible. I don't grab to much food, and after I finish, I start walking back. I reach her room and go for the handle until I hear someone's thought. 'W-what happened? Where am I?' My eyes widened as I open the door and find a confused (Y.N) sitting up on her bed and looking at me with questioning eyes. "(Y.N)?" I ask. She looks down for a second before replying, "W-who is that?" 

Your POV
I open my eyes slowly. Trying to just grasp everything the moment I look at anything. I open my eyes fully and see a the sky. Beautiful clouds and the bright sun. Then I realize, I'm looking at the sun, but my eyes aren't burning. They don't hurt at all. I was looking at a very well decorated ceiling. I sit up and look at everything. It was all very nice and made for a good atmosphere, but I still had a question. 'W-what happened? Where am I?' I thought. A second later, someone opened the door to the room. It was a boy around my age with hot pink hair, weird green-lensed glasses, and some hair clips. He didn't look very normal, but he honestly wasn't my biggest concern at the time. "(Y.N)?" He asked. A name. I thought about it but nothing came to mind. That name didn't sound familiar. "W-who is that?" I ask in reply.

He looks upset after I asked him that. If I can't remember the name, then it isn't important. Why would he even bring it up? Who is that person? He walked over and took a seat next to me as I continue to stare in confusion. Without warning he grabs my hand and holds it in his. Not fast or eager, but sort of soft and caring. "Your (Y.N). That's your name. I'm Saiki." I try to scan my memories again for the name Saiki. Again, nothing came up. "Where am I?" I ask. I wanted to get straight to the point and find out why I'm here. What happened to me? He hesitated before replying, "Y-you fell out a window, a five story window and ended up here. You were in a coma before and almost died from a cardiac arrest..." The information I was receiving was surprising to say the least. But at least I know now... "A-and who are you?" I question because his roll in all of this is still very unclear to me. "I'm your boyfriend." I look at him, then looked down at our hands still intertwined with each other. I had apparently held his hand back without my knowing.

"W-why can't I remember anything?" I ask in a shaking voice. The only thing I remember was a long period of darkness. "I'm pretty sure you have amnesia...." I mean, I guess I can't be too surprised. I did fall out of a five story building. Then, there was a knock at the door. Probably just to let us know they were coming in. Because they opened the door and there was a women. But she looked familiar... "Nurse Franchise?" Saiki asks. I can only guess she's the nurse for a school or something, considering we're in a hospital and it's filled with nurses everywhere. "Hello kids." She greets us both. She then turns to me and asks, "How are you feeling sweetie?" I look at her before replying, "I don't know." I don't know anything anymore! It's like I can't feel. Emotion or physical touch. It's weird.... and I don't like it.

She then turns to Saiki and asks, "May I please have a moment with her? There is something I would like to discuss with her." He stared at her for a moment before he hesitantly walked out of the room, passing me a very small smile before exiting. The door closes and I am now left in a room with nurse...... Franchise? Is that her name? The last name also sounds familiar.. She puts her hand against my cheek and starts to cradle it. I had no objections. She seemed like a safe person, and I trusted her completely. She then chuckles sweetly before stating, "I would say your as reckless as you were when you were a child, but what happened is not your fault." I stare at her confused. "When I was..... a child?" She nods and smiles at me. That smile seeps it's way into my memories and causes me to ask, "T-Terra?" (Authors note: Honestly, who remembered both Terra and Mia?) Her smile grows wider as I remember her gorgeous long brown hair and her bright green eyes.. Without realizing it, I start tearing up. I haven't seen her in many years, and here she is, right in front of me!

I instantly leaned in for a hug which she happily returned, tears falling from her own eyes as she said, "My, you've gotten so big! Where does the time go?" I laughed because it was so cliché, but I'm pretty sure that's what she was aiming for as she laughed as well. "W-why did you l-leave?" I asked. He looked at me and very softly patted my head and told her tale. "You were one of the best children I could have ever asked to babysit. Your parents were also very sweet and amazing bosses. But, because of my medical academic achievements, I was asked to be a nurse in Japan. I took the job offer because of how well it paid, but didn't have the heart to tell your family.... I'm sorry." I shook my head and replied, "I-it's fine! If it made you happy, than that's all that m-matters!"

I was still crying, but it was more like, 1 tear a minute! She nodded and said, "It did. But I did definitely miss you! And I hope what I taught you helped you!" I looked at her confused again. "What you taught me?" I asked. I only ever remember her taking care of me. "Yeah.....How are you doing with your," she leaned in and whispered the next part, "psychic abilities?" Now I was definitely confused. "Psychic abilities?! What do you mean??" Then she looks at me with sorrowful eyes, realizing I had no idea what she was talking about. Or more accurately, what I had forgotten. "Oh honey....." she says as more tears find their way down her face.
