I watched as the people wearing blue garments scurried off to the East Wing and the people wearing black ran off to the West Wing.

Once I saw her across the hall, anger took over me. How dare she break the rules? Who did she think she is? I need to get to the bottom of this.
As I was walking towards her, her eyes caught sight of mine and I held my breath. She was gorgeous, a rule breaker nonetheless, but still stunning. My pace got faster and faster, until I saw something that made me stop in my tracks. From the East Wing, Hunter was also walking towards her. Before I could even speak, Jade stepped forward with her hands out.
"Give her a week. She's new" Jade said in a calm tone.
I saw Lily telling Hunter the same thing as she approached him and we made eye contact. We gave each other a deathly glare and both started making our way back to our areas.

After the encounter during lunch, I was getting stares from everyone. The rest of my classes were boring and passed by like a blur until I got to my sixth period, Art.
I walked into the big classroom and found a seat near the window. The bell rang and the teacher started talking when the door opened to reveal a guy running into the room.
"Hello Anthony, nice to see you being late as always." the teacher said.
"Yeah, yeah" the boy replied.
He looked around the classroom to see that the only open space was the seat behind me. He hesitated then made his way to the desk. I looked up and said hi, but he ignored me and immediately put his head on his desk.
Wow, okay how rude
I thought to myself. As Mr. Evans was explaining the class syllabus, I turned around and nudged Anthony. He slowly looked up until we were making eye contact.
"What do you want?" he asked in an irritated tone.
I was taken by the hostility in his voice.
"Um- I just wanted to see if you were alright. You seem upset."
