"Ne~ (Y/N), let's watch Shin-chan and Takao play!" Your best friend asked.

"Admit it, you just want to watch Shin-chan." You teased.

"Hehe... But you want to watch Takao too, ne~"

The three of you (Midorima, (b/f/n), and you) were friends since middle school. You know that (b/f/n) has feelings for the three point shooter/SG and (b/f/n) know that you have feelings for the point guard even though you keep denying it.

You're now sitting on the bleachers, watching the basketball club practice. You unconsciously watched how amazing Takao' passes to Midorima and his hawk eye ability until your eyes met with his. You quickly looked at your best friend as she is internally squealing for Midorima, then looked back at him, making sure once more if he looked at you just now and your eyes met for the second time. You quickly glance away only to find your best friend giggling beside you.

"Eh~? What was that, (Y/N)?"

"W-what?!"

"I saw that~ Well anyway, could you do me a favor?"

"Eh? What is it?"

"I want to confess to Shin-chan after practice. You can go home first."

"Okay, good luck then."

"Shin-chan!!! Can we talk for a moment?" (b/f/n) ran towards Midorima and Takao with you following behind.

"What is it? Nanodayo."

"Umm..."

Getting your best friend signal, you quickly think of an excuse to get away from them.

"I-I want to buy popsicles at the convenient store! Takao, wanna come? I'll treat you."

"Eh?! I also want to ask you to the convenient store. Let's go! Bye Shin-chan! Bye (b/f/n)-chan!" He exclaims and dragged you away from those two, going out from the school gate.

"Ne~, (Y/N)-chan, the convenient store is this way!" He said as you walked away the other side.

"I want to go home."

"Eh? I thought you want to treat me." He said, giving a pout.

"I said that to get away from the situation. (B/f/n) want to confess to Shin-chan."

"Woah, there'll be a new couple today!"

"Yep."

"So, to celebrate it, (Y/N)-chan should treat me!" He exclaims and dragged you again.

You're now walking home with Takao, treating him and yourself popsicles.

"I never knew that (b/f/n) likes Shin-chan."

"Eh, why?"

"I want to confess too!" He pouts.

"E-eh?! You like (b/f/n)?!" You panicked and apologized.

"No, no, I like someone else." He stopped.

"Then, you should confess to her since you want to have the same date with Shin-chan. Good luck!" You said, ignoring the pain you feel in the chest, holding the tears that are threatening to fall and keep walking, leaving Takao behind.

"(Y/N)-chan! Where are you going?!" He asked, catching up to where you are.

"Going home, of course."

"B-but, (Y/N)-chan, we just walked past your house..."

You turn your head back and realized that you just walked past it. Blushing, you quickly walked past Takao, going to your house. Searching for the key in your pocket while standing in front of your house.

"(Y/N)-chan is so cute!" Takao appears from nowhere which make you flinched in surprised.

"S-shut up, Bakao! Just go to her house and confess before it's too late."

"Okay then!"

You opened the gate, closed it, and about to walk in.

"(Y/N)-chan! I-I love you! Be my girlfriend, will you?"

You turned your head in shocked only to find him scratching his head in embarrassment.

"I've liked you since the first time we met..." He trailed off.

"B-bakao, I like you too..."

Nope, this plot just came into my mind while I was about to take a nap and ended up I cancelling my precious nap T- T (lol jk). I changed some parts though.
