MON-ELS POV

Outside of alien dive bar

Holy shit! This can't be happening. I'm such an idiot! I should have know that there would be a chance of me running into Kara! She comes here all the damn time!

"Mon-El!"

I turn around, seeing Kara slamming the door shut.

"What?"

"It's... It's been a while." She says sweetly.

Ugh! Why does she have to be so sweet and cute!

"Not long enough"

"Mon-El?"

"What Kara!"

"I miss you" she whispers.

"Are you sure Jonn didn't pay you to say that?"

"Mon-El! Are you still on that?" She cries.

Ahh!!! I can't yell at a crying Kryptonian!

"Nothings changed for me, Kara." I whisper, looking down at my feet.

"Nothing? Not even a little?"

Kara takes a step closer to me.

"Kara..."

She takes another step closer.

"I miss you Mon-El" she whispers, taking another step closer.

She's so close, I can feel her breath. She reaches for my hand, and intertwines our fingers.

"Kara... Stop" I whisper.

"Mon-El, you need to know that I didn't love you for the money. I loved you because I loved you, for who you are." She cries.

Her free hand begins to caress my cheek.

"My Daxamite" she whispers.

I step back, letting go of her hand.

"Kara, please don't."

"Don't you believe that I love you?" She cries.

It breaks my heart to see her cry. To see her so unhappy, I may be mad at her, but it doesn't mean I want to see her cry.

"I don't know"

"Why can't you just give me another chance?" She whispers.

"Because..."

I'm interrupted by Winn coming out. Not noticing Kara standing there.

"Hey, um... Imra wanted me to tell you that she won't be meeting up with us tonight. She has to stay later at work than she expected. But she said to say that she loves and misses you and.... KARA! UM... Crap!"

"Thanks Winn! I was about to tell her!" I shout.

"I'm sorry I didn't notice she was out here. Your going to kill me aren't you?" He asked worried.

"No, I'll leave Imra to do that, you did sit on her cat after all." I laugh.

"I'd rather have you kill me, Imra scares me when she's mad."

Winn enters the bar laughing.

"Um... So... Who's Imra?" Kara asks, the tone of sadness detected in her voice.

"My girlfriend" I whisper.

"Oh"

I notice more tears building up in Karas blue eyes.

"How did y'all meet?"

"She's a friend of Lyras, we all started hanging out, and I don't know. It just happened." I whisper.

"Are you happy?" She cries.

"Yes" I nod.

"Okay then, just forget about the whole 'I love you'." She cries, walking past me.

"Kara....
