Chapter 16: Agonizing Pain

That Same Day

Seth's POV:

I was about to get out of bed when I felt a wave of nausea and ran to the bathroom before throwing up. It continued for a good two minutes before I was finally able to stand up and rinse my mouth.

What was that all about?

I was about to leave the bathroom when I started throwing up again. I groaned as I got up again. I quickly rinsed my mouth and brushed my teeth. I had a quick shower before changing my clothes. I went downstairs to have breakfast. I couldn't spend much time with Hunter so I took my breakfast to my room.

After I finished eating, I felt the need to throw up again. That's exactly what I did. What was wrong with me? The last time I threw up like that was when I was pregnant with Harper.

No, no, no, no!

There was no way I was pregnant. When was the last time I had sex? Like a month ago with Dean.

Oh shit!

I quickly grabbed my wallet and ran out of the house to buy a pregnancy test. I went to the store and picked three different ones up. I paid for them and ran back home. I ran to my room and used all three of them.

Positive.

Positive.

Positive.

"No." I whined.

This was not the appropriate time to get pregnant. Especially now I'm living with Hunter. He tried to kill my baby last time. This time could be no different.

Stupid Dean and his stupid dick. Okay, it's not stupid but still. This was the worst timing ever.

"Okay, calm down Seth." I said to myself. "It's okay. You can't see a bump or anything. And Dean will get me out of here. Hunter won't know a thing."

"Seth!" I heard, making me jump.

I quickly hid all the tests and ran downstairs to see Hunter.

"Yeah?"

"I didn't see you all day. Are you feeling better?" he asked, giving me a hug.

"I still don't feel great. I might need a little bit more rest." I said, pulling away from him.

"Okay, take all the rest you need." he said. I looked into his eyes and something in me snapped.

What the fuck is wrong with me? I don't like this guy! What was I thinking?

"I'm gonna go to sleep. I'm still kinda tired." I said.

The Next Day

Dean's POV:

Roman called me and said the footage was ready. He came over to my house and we both went to the police station. After showing the cops the footage, they decided they were going to arrest Hunter and his men.

Seth's POV:

I was eating breakfast when Hunter came down.

"Morning Seth."

"Morning." I said.

"Can I ask you something?"

"Sure."

"Are you feeling sick or something?"

"Well, I haven't been feeling great. Why?"

"Well, I had a little look in your room....and I found these." he said, practically glaring at me as he held up my pregnancy tests.

"You looked through my room?"

"Yes. You're fucking pregnant!" he yelled.

"Look, I literally found out yesterday." I said, getting slightly worried now.

"And you didn't tell me you're carrying Dean's child!"

I saw Hunter looking around before grabbing a baseball bat, making my eyes widen.

"No, no. Hunter, stop." I said, wrapping my arms around my stomach as I backed away.

"I'm getting rid of this child. I failed to do so the first time but not now."

"Hunter, please. We can work something out." I said with tears running down my face. Even if the timing wasn't right to be carrying a baby, I still didn't want to lose it.

"You betrayed me Seth!" Hunter yelled.

"No, I didn't know." I said.

The rest seemed to happen in slow motion. I tried to take the bat out of his hand but before I could, he hit it hard on my stomach, making me yell in pain as I fell to the ground, clutching my stomach.

"This is what happens when you mess with me Seth!" Hunter yelled.

He hit me again, making me yell in pain as blood started pouring out of me. The pain was agonizing. Just as he was about to hit me again, I heard the door burst open and multiple people run inside.

"Hunter Hearst Helmsly, you're under arrest." I heard.

"Seth!" I heard. "It's me Seth."

I could see Dean run over to me before I completely blacked out.
