Zayn stares heatedly. Heart racing and mind muddled at the sight of his mates together. Oh yes. He could definitely tell that his angel is also his.

He could also feel as the universe fabricated strings that connected him to the both of them.

The fact that my angel is real and that I also have another, equally attractive though seemingly more rash and uncontrollable counterpart as well is mind blowing.

"Andrej" I whisper calmly, inhaling deeply to decrease the festering anxiety and distracting excitement engulfing me. "Those two. They're mine."

Zayn exudes pride at this moment, mouth salivating at the sight of them. The beginning stages of unconditional love overwhelming him.

The blond warrior stills in the sky, eyes widening in shock at the sight of black triangles on the younger faeries head. A shiver of awareness also traveling through his body at Zayn's serious, possessive tone.

A tone that unintentionally warned him to stay away from the two men, now engaged in a heated conversation. A tone that also illustrated that the obviously high ranked men are his mates.

Though one looked more amused whilst the others expression emphasized his confusion and anger as he explained his predicament.

"Uhm. Why do you look like a neko? Are those real?" He tries to touch my ears but I swat his hand away before he succeeds. Cheeks flustered and eyes flashing gray in embarrassment.

He gets the hint and tries to ignore my appearance. "Why were you so distressed if that man is your mate?"

I turn to look directly at my friend, self consciously securing the sheets even tighter around my body to hide my tail. I shrug as I glance at their retreating forms, headed towards where we just came from.

"He was forcibly trying to mark me-

"What?! Why in the world would your mate do such an awful thing? That's literally illegal." The blue winged, same color eyed faerie seethes, turning to glare at Louis' back as he walked away.

Said Alphas body tenses as he snaps his now bluish, gray gaze at the pair in the sky. The slender, elegant silhouette of the royal beside him mimicking his actions, nostrils flared and eyes wild in recognition.

Andrej was talking. This meant that he's also breathing and therefore his masking power is no longer in effect. Couple that with the fact that Zayns scent is practically coating the air as the sheet flapped slightly in the wind. Oh boy.

As soon as he realizes this, it's too late.

In a split second my angel launches into the air, taking flight and appearing before us, snagging me right out of Andrej's arms. Super speed and Flight. This man is very powerful if he has such abilities.

He proceeds to use his hand to bypass the faeries wings, chopping the blond at the back of his neck, effectively knocking him out, leaving his body to literally free fall.

He basically swatted him like a fly, just as Louis had wanted so badly to do earlier, without putting his mate at risk.

This all happened so quick that the warrior didn't see it coming and couldn't even defend or counterattack.

The jarring sight of my angel, with his glistening fangs on display and his emerald orbs glowing as he tries to embrace me almost made me forget about my friend plummeting to his death. Almost.
