I was making myself a snack when I heard mom call me from the living room.

"Ally, come here!"

"What's up?" I asked as I came in and Parker and Joey were with her.

"Parker, Ally I wanted to ask if you both are excited as I am?" Mom asked with a big smile.

"Excited for what?" I asked confused.

"It's that time of year again." Mom smiled.

"It's our half-birthday? Where's our half-cake and half-gift?" Parker asked excitedly.

"P, for the last time only losers who are going to be alone for the rest of their lives alone celebrate their half birthday," I told him.

I then turned to Joey and looked at him up and down.

"Like munch," I added.

Joey looked offended.

"It's even better. It's time for 'The Mama's Sweet Baby Twins Pageant'." Mom smiled.

Joey clapped.

"The mothers of Stevens Point have a pageant where we parade in costume with our youngest twins. Oh! Best day of the year!" Mom exclaimed.
