All of us Parker, Liv, Joey, Maddie, and I were watching TV together in the living room.
"This is really nice. The five of us, hanging out. I feel like we should do this a lot more often." Maddie smiled.
"Wait. We're all together? Where are mom and dad?" Parker asked worriedly.
"Oh, God." My eyes widened as I understood why he was worried.
"Disperse. Disperse!" Liv yelled and we all began to run.
"Get out before mom calls a-" Joey began.
"Family meeting, family meeting!" Mom yelled as she came into the living room.
Dad came from downstairs and blew his large horn.
"This is what we get for trying to be a normal family," Joey said annoyed as we all sat down for the family meeting.
"All right, you all know the rules for a family meeting. There is a shot clock. Keep your comments under 10 seconds or-" Dad blew his horn.
"One day I will destroy that horn." I glared at dad.
"Don't touch my horn." Dad glared back.
"Ok, we have a situation that affects three of you, so let me explain. Liv do you remember how excited we all were when you were cast in Sing ItLoud." Mom sang the title.
And we all tried to ignore her terrible voice.
"And you had to race out to Hollywood because filming was starting?" Mom asked.
"Hmm, the best day of my life? Yeah, no. I think I remember." Liv smiled after she pretended to think.
"Well, in all of the excitement it seems we forgot a few things," Dad told her.
"Yeah, your hairbrush, your sunscreen, the fact that you didn't do your final project for sixth grade." Mom listened to 'casually'.
