It's already 7.55 am in the morning and Chaeyoung hasn't yet come. Seulgi was wandering and kept calling Chaeyoung again and again, but the latter never pick up. So, she went up from her seat and went to Mina's class. She even left Moonbyul without telling her where she went. She ran toward Mina's class and slammed the door accidentaly. As the slammed of the door was really hard, all eyes on her with that scared expression. Why? Cause Seulgi was slamming the door with her angry face and it's intimidating everybody in the school especially in Mina's class.

Beside Chaeyoung, Seulgi and Moonbyul also famous as one of the bad girl in the school. Because of their girl crush personality, it adds more aspect to them that they are bad ass. When actually, they are just bubbly people with scary face as they were born with it.

Seulgi slowly came inside the class ignoring the stare. She went to Mina's desk, "Where is Chaeyoung?" Seulgi can see that Mina's pupil eyes were shaking. It's not because Mina knows about what happened to Chaeyoung. But it's because Seulgi scared her to death. Seulgi sighed and closed her eyes for seconds, "I'm sorry. Do you see Chaeyoung?" Mina gulping a bit and tried to compose herself, "She's in your class, Seulgi-ya. Why you ask me?" Seulgi grabbed her hair huffing wandering back and forth with all eyes on her. She realized this, "Stop staring at us." with her cold and her glare. All of them immediately went to their own business and she focused on Mina again. "Seulgi-ya, what happened?"

"Chaeyoung is not with us in the class. I called her but nothing." Seulgi answered scratching her head. Not long after that, the teacher came and confused seeing Seulgi inside. She bowed her head, "I'm sorry" went out from the class waving her hand to Mina but to her surprise, Mina also stood up on her feet with her bag on her shoulder. Seulgi asked her with her expression but Mina faced the teacher, "I'm sorry. I have some issues." she went out dragging Seulgi and bowed her head to the teacher. Sana tried to stop her but she knows how hard she stopped her, Mina won't stop. Cause she loves Chaeyoung, just like her. That's why she understood how Mina's feeling.

They went to Chaeyoung's house and pressed the bell for several times that that bell would broke anytime. Jihyo opened the door and instead of surprised that those two were there, her expression was relieved. She dragged them inside quickly and knocked Chaeyoung's door.

"Daughter, Seulgi and Mina are here."

She does not answer nor respond. Seulgi held Jihyo's hand and asked her permission to handle it. Jihyo sadly smile and nodded her head. Seulgi knocked the door, "Cub, why don't you go to school? Mina is worried about you." Seulgi looked at Mina and nodded her head.

"Chaeng-iie. Tell me what happened? Please?"

Still no response from her. They were about to go away from her door but they heard a click sound from the door. They stopped and looked at each other. Jihyo told them to went inside and she started to prepare meals for Chaeyoung and friends?

Seulgi grabbed the handle of the door and tried to twisted it. It's opened. She opened the door slowly that it made no sounds at all.

"Chaeyoung-a?" she whispered to the room while staring around tried to find her. They seem can't find Chaeyoung and keep staring around the room. Mina was gasping when she saw Chaeyoung squatting behind the door. She dashed quickly to her and hold her hands as she don't want her girlfriend to be shocked if she hugged her suddenly.

"Chaeng?"

Chaeyoung lift her head up and looked at Mina.

"Mina?"

Mina nodded her head smiling softly squeezing her hands lightly telling her that it was okay. Seulgi went in front slowly and squatting to reach the same eye level with Chaeyoung. "Hey, dude." she said smiling.

"Dude my ass. You're not Moonbyul." Chaeyoung smirked at Seulgi and giggled a bit. Seeing this, Seulgi and Mina felt relieved as she still under control now. Chaeyoung brought her attention to Mina again and grabbed her hands intertwining it. "I miss you."

Mina giggled at this revealing her gummy smile and shook their hands slowly, "We slept together last night. Isn't it enough?" Chaeyoung shook her head grinning. Chaeyoung caressed Mina's hands and Seulgi stood up on her feet sat on the bed sighing. Mina stood up too and dragged her to the bed, "Take a rest. I'll be beside you." she said and Chaeyoung nodded her head. She tucked Chaeyoung in the blanket and caressing her hair slowly. Seulgi smiled at the scene and leave the two alone. She went back to school and tried to make some excuses for the two to the school.

Jihyo knocked the door and went inside the room holding a tray of food finding Chaeyoung is asleep already. Mina smiled at Jihyo and Jihyo went out from the bedroom smiling. Before she went out from the bedroom, she looked at their intertwining hands. Mina realized this and she widened her eyes looking at Jihyo. Jihyo smirked and winked at them stucking out her thumb to the two. Mina on the other hand was blushing madly and hide her face with her hair.

When Jihyo already went out from the bedroom, Mina lifted her head and sighed. "Such a teasy mother." then she heard a giggle from her beside. It's Chaeyoung.

"You're asleep yet?"

She shook her head and smiled. Sad smile. Mina felt like it's the right time to asked her. What happened actually. She leaned her head and whispered, "You know, you can tell me." Chaeyoung just fidgeting her free finger and looked at the ceiling. Mina started to think that she don't want to share it to her, yet.

"Oka-"

"My mom."

Chaeyoung said. Mina listened to her carefully and caressing the small girl's hand telling her to continue.

"She re-investigate my dad's murder case." then she release a big sigh from her mouth and grabbed Mina's hand strongly but not that strong. Mina didn't know how to react on this and she just let Chaeyoung gripping her hands strongly. "Then, what did you feel about it?"

"I'm afraid. What if the murderer tried to harm my mom because she tried to re-open the case. She's my only family left, Mina-ya. I don't want to lose her." Chaeyoung's voice got a little bit crack as she said the last sentence.

Mina squeezed her hands back but in a gentle way pinching her cheek slightly. "She has you. Who are willing to protect her no matter what. Right?" Chaeyoung nodded her head, "You don't have to worry. Because I know, you could protect her." Chaeyoung looked at the ceiling feeling not sure about what Mina just said. As she was the person who couldn't even win when she fight with the trauma that she had.

"Hey." Mina called her slowly. Chaeyoung still looked at the ceiling.

"Hey..." she called her again and finally Chaeyoung looked at her. "I know you hate to break a promise. So, promise me. You would protect her no matter what and asked me for help whenever you need it. Understand?" she said while giving her pinky nail to Chaeyoung. Chaeyoung giggled at her girlfriend behaviour but she still intertwined their pinky nails.

Mina smiled and kissed the small girl's forehead for 5 seconds and let her forehead laid on the small girl's forehead. "I know you won't break your promise."
