Rainy nights Chapter 10

-RENAE'S POV-

Nash and I were playing 20Q when I heard a loud smack of thunder, louder then train tracks. I grabbed a blanket to hide under. I'm normally not that scared of thunder but this was louder than usual.

I was sitting under the blanket when someone pulled me into a hug and we just stayed there. It was my knight in vineing armor. (Haha get it? Cause he is a viner?! No., okay. Lol)

We were really bored, and my parents were about to leave for the week and it was supposed to be very bad weather in North Carolina. Tyler was still in Kentucky so he wouldn't be home anytime soon.

To be honest I was kinda scared to be home alone. For a week. With bad weather. I started thinking about the bad things that could happened. Great I was starting to sniffle now. Nash looked at me instantly and he looked concerned.

"Babe, what's the matter?" Nash was really concerned now. "I don't want to be alone for the week." I said. Next thing I knew Nash was on his phone calling someone.

"It's okay Rae, mom said u could stay in the guest room and it would be a big help if you could watch sky while she was at work!" Nash was so amazing, I love him so much! We went upstairs to ask my parents and they said yes if I called every night.

I went to my room to pack my bag for the week. After I was done packing Nash came upstairs. "I talked to your parents for awhile." He said really cheerful. "I told your mom about us, and your dad already knew. I asked him before I asked you." Nash was such a gentleman.

I checked the time, it was midnight, Nash told his mom he was going to stay here and sleep on the couch. I got him out a blanket and pillows. We gave each other a hug and I went upstairs and Nash went to the living room.
