Day before birthDAY Chapter 23

-RENAE'S POV-

It was the day before Nash's birthday. Hayes and I were going to some how get Nash out of the house so we could plan his party.

I was walking over to the Grier/Floyd's house and knocked on the door, I was waiting outside when I heard a branch break I turned around to look and heard a scratching noise. I tried to open the door but it was locked, I started to freak out.

That's when someone grabbed me and picked me up. "AHHH AHHH AHH LET DOWN!!!" I screamed and started to kick and throw punches that's when I saw those perfect blue eyes I fell in love with. "Gotcha." He smiled and gave me a kiss.

I punched him, "Nash that wasn't funny!" He smiled at me "Oh, but it was." I gave him a hug. "Where is everyone?" I asked "Sky is with my mom and Johnnie shopping, and Hayes should be home.."

I turned around and jiggled the door. "Well his good at not answering the door!" Nash started to laugh, "anyways where were you?" His smile soon turned into a frown.

"I had to get my tags and ticket early for my bags back to LA." Nash said sadly, my face turned into disappointment and Nash unlocked the door.

I ran up the stairs to Hayes room so we could talk about Nash's birthday, I opened the door and Hayes and Kristina were laying with each other asleep and there was pop corn and candy on the edge of the bed, 'Grease' was playing on the tv.

I threw a pillow at both of there heads. Hayes jumped up and Kristina just flinched. "Wake up love birds!" I started to laugh and so did they.

"RENAE! We need to figure out what we are doing for Nash's birthday!" Hayes said "I know that already!" We started to talk and decided to go roller blading. We were inviting everyone for magcon, Nash's friends from school, Hayes & My friends, and Nash's family.

"Okay, so you decided, NOW GET OUT!" Kristina said and threw a pillow at me. "WHAT'S WITH THE PILLOW THROWING LADIES?!" Hayes yelled

Next thing I knew we were all laughing and Nash ran in and tackled me onto Hayes bed. Everyone was laughing now.

Nash and I walked out of Hayes room and walked down stairs to the living room. We laid together on the couch and just talked about Nash being in LA and our relationship and our families and just anything we wanted to talk about.

"So when will you be home next?" I asked Nash. I was pretty sad about him leaving again but I needed to know, "not for along time. Probably in June." I started to ball my eyes out as I heard him say June. At least he was staying till New Year's Eve but then January first he was leaving.

Nash and I wouldn't spend our first Valentine's day together. All I could feel was sadness. "Hey, but don't worry, I'm home for awhile." He said and gave me a kiss. I just laid my head on his chest and tried not to think about it.

Nash woke me up, "oh my gosh what time is it?!" I asked him "don't worry babe it's only 3:30" he laughed and I just smiled.

"Wanna do something fun?" Nash asked me I just nodded my head. He took my hand and Nash told Elizabeth where we were going without letting me hear. This was going to be exiting.

-SKIP CAR RIDE-

-NASH'S POV-

I thought it would be fun to teach Rae how to drive. I drove to my Uncle's field "Okay Rae, switch me spots." I said with a smile she shrugged her shoulders and switched.

We put our seat belts on and Renae took off. "RAE SLOW DOWN!" She was just sitting there laughing and then she stopped all of a sudden. She but her lip and all I could do was laugh, "sorry I didn't want to hit the squirrel." We bursted into laughter and we kissed.

After the 'driving lesson' that failed with Renae not wanting to hit a squirrel. We went to Starbucks to get some hot coffee, don't get me wrong it was North Carolina but it was also winter.

-RENAE'S POV-

I had a fun 'driving lesson' with Nash, even though I already knew how. I was exited to go to Starbucks, I've been only a couple times. We took The truck (I don't know if Nash has a truck but lets just go with that..) back to Nash's house and just walked to Starbucks.

As soon as we walked in the door of Starbucks it started to pore down rain. We had to get back home so we had to run threw the rain, We intwined our hands and started to run. We got to my doorstep and Nash gave me a hug and kiss goodbye, and he ran over to his house and I waved.

I wish there were more times like this, cause I miss these times.. And this boy.
