Wet side story Chapter 12

-RENAE'S POV-

We finally got to the pool, and Nash and I took sky and hayes to the lazy river. Skylynn and I shared a swim tube and Nash and Hayes got two for them selves.

Nash held onto the handle on my inner tube, and Hayes held on to a handle of Nash's. Then all of us started a school conversation.

"So Renae I wasn't sure if you would be in my grade or Nash's grade?" Hayes asked "I will be a freshman, I'm one of the oldest in my grade back in Kentucky." I said kind of quietly, I was insecure about myself being older then everyone else. Nash looked at me and smiled, "Rae if you need anything during school just find me or if you can't, find hayes he better help you." With that Nash smacked Hayes and he hit him back.

Skylynn fell asleep on my lap and then I woke her up to get off the lazy river. "So I think Hayes and I want to go on the water slides, do you wanna go?" Asked Nash "um maybe later, I'll take sky to get some money from my wallet and then we will go look at the shop, then we will go to the kiddy pool.

With that the boys and I decided to meet at the lazy river at 2:30. Skylynn and I walked back to where Elizabeth and Johnnie (if you didn't know, skylynn's dads name in johnnie, I follow them on Instagram.) were sitting in long chairs. I got my wallet and headed towards the store similar to a gift shop.

Sky wanted some water so I bought 2 bottles for the 2 of us. we walked back to where the Floyd/Grier family were, the boys were back because the line was too long.

"So do y'all want to go get lunch?" Asked Johnnie. We all practically screamed 'YES'! We decided on chipotle. After chipotle we went home.

I took a shower and was going to put my things around the guest room. When Nash came in.

"Need any help babe?" He asked "Not really, I'm practically done, what do you want to do now?" I asked, Nash sat there and thought for a while, then a light bulb went on. "Wanna have some friends over for a back to school after fall break party?!" I laughed at his excitement. I nodded yes and we went to ask Elizabeth.

OH MY GOSH! Y'all are amazing!!! 94 of you! ilysm!!!!! THANK YOU!! I might publish another chapter right now but tomorrow I will be in a car all day on my way home from Maryland :/ ugh I hate car rides. Anyways thank you guys so much! Ik it seems small to writers that write alot but, for 94 people to read a book I wrote when I was bored in a car!
