The necklace Chapter 13

-NASH'S POV-

Rae and I were going to have a back to school from fall break party! I though this would help Renae to meet people.

Hayes gave me a paper with a few people he wanted to invite, And I decide to text-invite. (This was after magcon :'( but Ik not everyone lives in NC but they will be in NC lol)

Then I invited some girls that are my friends since like 5th grade.

THEN I had hayes text his friends. We had A LOT of people coming so Renae and I went to the store. "Okay Rae, we need hot dogs, hot dog buns, chips, and sodas." I told her and she wrote it down. "Whoa whoa whoa Nash, you can't just buy 1 of everything! We have to see how many people are coming and then we can get stuff!" we laughed at how serious she was about cooking out!

We finally got out of the store and got the stuff home. "Nash I'm going to go get ready for the party." Renae told me from down the stairs I told her okay. I wanted to do something special for Renae.

She seemed stressed about the week ahead. So I went to talk to my mom about a necklace that ran in a family tradition...

-RENAE'S POV-

I went upstairs to change. I put on a orange tank top on and a brown sweater from American Eagle. I just put on some jean shorts. Fall break was really early for North Carolina, it was the end of August, beginning of September and it was still warm and sunny out.

My hair was left natural and I did a darker pink color for my eye shadow, of course mascara and blush. I'm really not a make person but I'm no cake face.

I walked down stairs and Hayes was waiting for me, I was confused, very confused. "Hayes what are you doing?" I asked. He didn't say anything, he took my arm in with his and walked me to the back yard.

We walked to the tree and he lifted my chin up so I was looking at the top of the tree. There was a tree house. I turned around and Hayes was gone. All that was left from where he stood was a envelop that said 'Renae Eliza-Ann Weston'. I opened it and it said 'meet me where the apples grow'. I was looking for a apple tree when a paper airplane hit me, it said 'UP' on it.

I climbed up to the top and Nash was siting there on a red and white checkered striped blanket. He looked at me "Renae I can tell your stressed, so when ever you want to you can come hang out in this tree house. What's mine is yours." I didn't get to say anything because..

You guessed it...

BOOM BOOM BOOM

There goes the fireworks again!

The Nash gave me a necklace with a heart on it.

I loved it.
