First day of school Chapter 15

-RENAE'S POV-

The next morning a woke up to skylynn singing 'Do you wanna build a snowman' from the movie frozen. I then checked my phone and it was 6:30. Perfect timing.

Sky ran into my room and jumped on the bed. "GET UP RAE RAE! GET UP!!" She yelled. I just laughed and looked at her "sky I'm already awake!" She looked at me and giggled.

I got up and got dressed. I was wearing a blue shirt with black diamond print. I matched it with a black circle skirt just some converse and knee high socks. I was too tired to do my make up so I put some mascara on with a light pink lip stain. I took a piece of my hair and braided it and pined it back.

I got my backpack and put my phone in it since everything else was in there. I walked down stairs and got some cereal out of the pantry.

Hayes came down stairs and sat across from me. "You might want to give Nash a wake up call." He said tiredly. "Why couldn't you have?" I asked. Hayes then gave me a death glare, I didn't ask cause I knew what Nash did.

I laughed to myself and walked up the stairway. "Naaaassssshhh" I sang while walking into his room. I walked over to his bed and blew air in is ear. He rolled over to his other side. "Naassshh, wake uuupppp." I shook him back in forth. Still didn't wake up. Then I had the perfect plan.

I walked into his bathroom and got a cup and put a tiny amount of water in it, enough to wake him up. I walked back in his room and poured it on his face. "HEY!! HEY, OKAY IM AWAKE IM AWAKE!!!!" He yelled I bursted into laughter at his reaction. "Babe! What was that for?!" I was still laughing. "Honey it was for a good cause! You don't wanna miss school now do you?" I was still giggling, it was hilarious! "Ha ha ha very funny Rae, but I will get revenge." He finally got out of bed and gave me a good morning kiss.

You could say we were taking it really fast by kissing already but I mean come on, we kissed the first time by.. Well lets say accident and I mean what's the point of stopping.

I walked down the stairs while Nash got ready. Skylynn and Hayes were in the living room watching tv. I went and sat next to sky. Nash finally came down stairs and the 3 of us (Nash, Hayes, and I) walked to the bus stop after we told Elizabeth and sky bye.

(If you remember in the begging of the book Nash drives he just doesn't drive to school.. Idk lol)

-SKIP THE BUS RIDE-

We made it to school and I hugged Nash bye, "Meet me here after school and we will walk home." I nodded yes. I was really nervous about school but luckily I had 1st, and 5th block with Hayes also we had lunch together. I was really glad to have those times with hayes. Kristina and I had 1st, 3rd, and 4th block with her. I was glad for that too, Nash and I had lunch and 3rd block together and I was thrilled!

I had to go to the office to get my locker combination and classes, I already knew my classes but I had to get a paper to put in my locker. After I got all my papers, hayes met me outside and walked to my locker. Then we went to Kristina's locker.

We got to class and I was sat next to Kristina and behind us was Hayes and his best friend Calvin. My first class was social & social studies. For the first half it's social hour, we get to talk for 20 minutes, enough to calm everyone down and the you go into your first subject which is our class, social studies.

Kristina and I started to talk about Nash and Hayes when someone kicked my chair. I turned around to see Calvin with a huge grin on his face I looked at him and smiled "sorry cal, I'm taking but I know Justine isn't." His eyes widened and Justine looked over at Calvin. "So you like me huh?" Justine asked Calvin. His face turned cherry red but they started talking.

Hayes gave me a high five and cracked up laughing with Kristina and I. Us 3 started talking and the Kristina and Hayes started talking more. Calvin walked back over to me "you know I should thank you for this." He smiled at me and I smiled back, "well your welcome then." I said "Maybe we should go on a triple date sometime. Nash and you, Justine and I, and Kristina and Hayes." With that he nudged hayes. I laughed to myself and Kristina's face turned red. "Well sure, we will have a group text about this later." Hayes said.

Calvin and Justine gave me there number and then class started.

1st and 2nd block went fast. 3rd block came and I met Hayes at his locker, Then we went to find Nash. We found Nash and walked to the Cafe. For lunch I had my favorite, a salad and fries!

After lunch the rest of the day went by fast, I walked out to the school yard after I went to my locker. I couldn't find Nash anywhere, then I saw him walking outside with Kelly. Nash's ex. I hated her, they way she treated Nash was awful, all she wanted was his money.

All of a sudden she tried to kiss him and he pushed her away. FEEW! I thought I was going to have to slap some people.

Nash walked over to me and gave me a long kiss. pulled away, and smiled.

"How was your day beautiful!" He smiled at me. "It was good. What did she-devil want?" He started to laugh "nothing to worry about Rae." I smiled and said good.

We walked back to the Grier's and played basketball with Hayes, and Will. Sky couldn't play so she was our cheerleader.

When Elizabeth and Johnnie got home from work we all went out for dinner because Elizabeth didn't want to cook.

When we got home I took off my make up and took a shower, Nash and I decided to watch Netflix before bed. After the shows were over. Nash gave me a hug and a kiss goodnight and we both went upstairs, I went to my room and Nash went to his and we both went to sleep.
