I'll Never Forget You~

It felt like the days I spent In Hopes Peak had lasted forever, although my classmates had not. It was only seven of us left. Naegi, Hagakure, Aoi, Kyoko, Toko and most importantly, Byakuya. In the time I'd been there, him and I had grown particularly close. Closer than others, at least. Sadly, I knew today was the day Junko would reveal herself, and I was forced to out myself along side her. We had all been gathered in the gymnasium by Monokuma.

"What's the matter, Y/n? You don't look too happy" Byakuya asked me. 

"O-Oh! Uhm, I guess I'm just concerned about this sudden announcement" I replied rather sheepishly.

"I'm sure it'll be okay" He told me, a small smile on his lips. We entered the gym, Monokuma stood on the stage.

"Aaaaalrighty! You might be wondering why I called you all here Aaaaaaand it's because I got bored of waiting!" He yelled.

"W-What do you m-mean, Bored of w-waiting?" Toko asked.

"I'm glad you asked! I've decided to announce there's a traitor currently among us!" He announced. Everyone gasped, looking sceptically at each other.

"Dooooon't worry! I'm going to reveal them and myself! Pu Pu Pu!" He laughed, manically.

"Y-You're kidding me!" Asahina squealed.

"Nope! Now if you'll excuuuuuse me!" He disappeared for a few seconds until a rather bright light erupted from his current place. Everyone covered their eyes, including me, until it died down. Hesitantly, we peered at the stage to find the one and only Junko Enoshima stood proudly.

"WHAT?!" Everyone screamed.

"HAH! Hey you suckers! Long time no see, huh?" She laughed.

"Y-you're dead! We saw you die!" Naegi shouted at her. She chuckled in response.

"Nah, that wasn't me!" She spoke, adapting a whole new personality.

"Did her personality just change?" Hagekure asked.

"Nevermind that, who's the traitor?" Kyoko asked Junko. She snorted.

"Oh yeah, forgot about that. Well, first of all, I'll get one thing clear, mkay?" She giggled.

"What?" Byakuya questioned.

"Weeeell, I'll let you all go IF the traitor reveals themselves! I already know they begged me not to reveal them as they didn't wanna hurt you all, what a wimp, am I right? Anyway, they gotta reveal themselves if they want y'all to live!" She exclaimed, staring at her nails.

"T-That's it? Y-You're not gonna hurt us?" Aoi asked.

"D'you, like, want me to?" Junko scoffed.

"No! Besides that, whoever the traitor is, please reveal yourself. PLEASE!" Naegi pleaded. I sighed and walked towards the stage. I turned on my heel to face them when I was infront of Junko.

"I'm...I'm the traitor. I'm-I'm so sorry" I spoke, tears welling up in my eyes.

"Well! At least she saved you all, right?" Junko burst into laughter.

"Just look at their FACES Y/n! HaHa! Bet you didn't see that coming!" I looked down at the floor.

"Y/n if you could be a dear, let them out" Junko opened up a huge door that was blended into the wall. They all looked at me with betrayal on their faces.

"B-But, they could d-die out there!" I protested.

"They can go join the little Hope club or whatever. Just do it" She was busy staring into a hand mirror and fixing her hair. I sighed, pushing open the door and holding it. They individually walked through, shock still on their faces. It made me want to cry, the tears in my eyes threatening to spill. Byakuya was last. Before he exited, he stopped and turned to me.

"You know, you've saved us. You're no traitor" I looked up, at a loss of words. He sighed.

"Well since I'm not going to see you again..." He muttered to himself.

"What do you-" I was cut off by him placing his hands on my shoulders and kissing me. I was shocked, but kissed back. When he pulled away, he stared at me.

"I'll never forget you, Y/n L/n" He told me, walking out the door into the vast terrain.

"And I'll never forget you, Byakuya Togami"
