Getting adopted

My name is Adalynn Pierce. I am 17, and I have been in this shit hole, that other people know it an orphanage. "Will everyone one please come to the center" Ms. Tuplur said over the intercom. I sighed and just went up to my usual place. It was the sixth story to this shit hole. It was abandoned, so no one ever came up here. It's where I always go when we are called to the center for adoptions. I never get adopted, so I just hangout over here. I pulled out my phone and started to play congratulations by sleeping with sirens. "Welcome to brand new generation, you don't know so let me help you understand, see your trying to build yourself a reputation, so you can prove to everyone that your the man yeah." I sang and started to dance. "will Adalynn Pierce come to the center." I sighed and paused my music putting in my earbuds while dancing and walking to the center. Everyone stared at me as I went to my place. "Mr. Santiago, do you see anyone you want to adopt." I pulled out my earbuds and listened. I looked over to see. But thanks to my shortness I couldn't see anything. Ugh, I hate being so short. "Uh, yea, her" He pointed at me. I froze I don't want to go with him. He is freaky. I shook my head. I knew I should have just stayed at my corner. Then two guys walked in. One had really long black hair and was wearing a beanie, the other one was tall he had tattoos all over his arms, a white shirt with black skinny jeans, and brown flippy hair that looked so soft. Then I looked again. Oh my god! It's Kellin Quinn and Justin Hills!!! "Yes, who are?" Ms. Tuplur asked them. "oh, I'm Kellin, and this is Justin." He said putting a hand in Justins shoulder. "uh, okay, so Kellin, do see anyone?" He looked through line, and his eyes stopped on me. " her" He pointed at me. I could speak. "I'm sorry,mr.?" "Quinn, and whatever he's paying I will four times that amount." He looked over to Ms. Tuplur. She looked shocked. "Mr. Santiago? Do you want to pick someone else?" He shook his head. "I will give you 8 grand."

"15,000" Kellin
"20,000" Santiago
"50,000" Kellin
Mr. Santiago looked stunned.

"Hey! I'm not a prize!" They looked over to me. "okay, you choose." Ms. Tuplur said. "I choose Kellin" I smiled. He smiled bigger if possible. "Okay, go get your stuff, dismissed." Ms. Tuplur said. I ran up to my room and grabbed my bag, I put my charger, clothes, laptop, and my extra earbuds. I walked down the stairs. But not before Tracy stopped me. "you listen, okay, now, if you don't tell Kellin you want to bring someone, me, and if you don't you won't like where you end up" she smiled evilly. I looked down to see she had her stuff packed. I was scared. I don't want anything bad to happen. "Hey kellin, can you umm, come here?" I whispered, he looked worried. aww. "Yea" We walked as far away from Tracy as I possible. "Kellin, listen, that girl over there wants to come, I don't really like her though. She is a bitch, and I just don't like her, but she threatened me if I didn't ask you, so do you think you can I act like I never told you this, and just asked you if she could go?" He looked down at me sympathetically. "Yea" I sighed in relief. Hoping that he said no. Tracy came over. "hey bestie! So can I go with you, please? I'll miss you without you here." She said, those words sounded so foreign coming from her. "ask him" I said pointing to kellin. "hey, I'm sorry, but don't have enough room in my car, we just came back from tour, and all the guys are waiting in the car, there isn't enough seat belts for everyone. And no where to put your bags, I'm sorry" I watched as her face fell with every word. Then turned away pretending to cry. "But, I don't want my bestie to go." She cried. Kellin looked at her. I could tell he was falling for her act. He sighed. "be right back" He said and went over to ms. Tuplur. They were talking about something. Then he pointed over to Stacy. He was going to adopt her. My heart sank. He signed some papers. And came back grinning. "hey, so what's your name? I'm sure we could make some room" Her head shot up. She went over hug him. "I will go get my stuff." She smiled at him, then glared at me. I sighed and put in my earphones and slid I down on the wall. She came back soon. "let's go" She said all cheery. I got up put my stuff in the car that he lead us too. I got in the back while she sat in shotgun. Next to Kellin. I turned up my music. I didn't realize he was talking to me when my ear bud was pulled out. "Did you hear me?" He asked. I shook my head. "I asked what your name was."
"Adalynn" "Cool" I put my ear bud back in. Not wanting to hear them. After about half an hour of staring out the window and listening to justin talking to Gabe about something, and Jack talking to Jessie about something. Then there's Stacy and Kellin talking about her favorite topic, herself. We finally pulled into a driveway and I got out, grabbed my bags, and went inside. When Justin came in he said " your room is up there, come on." He said, I smiled. He led up some stairs and in a bedroom that had a huge bed, a dresser, walk in closet, a tv, and a lamp on the right side of the bed. I muttered a thanks and went on the bed to chill. I pulled out my laptop and let it start up. While I got in my Cookie Monster shirt, Cookie Monster pajama pants, and put on my black glasses, I let my brown naturally curly hair fall down over my shoulder and went over to my bed to start typing my book. I was on chapter 7 when someone knocked on my door. "Hey, umm dinner is ready, do you like spaghetti?" It was kellin. I wasn't really hungry. I only eat when my stomach growls. "I'm not really hungry, Stacy likes it though" I said and went back to typing my book. He came over to me. "whatcha typing?" He looked over my shoulder. "hey! Don't look" I turned it around. He laughed. "and it's a book. I had some good ideas." I shrugged. He sat on the bed. "you okay?" He asked. "Yea" I said not wanting to go into a conversation about what happened and why he adopted the one person I truly hate. I know, don't judge, but if you met her you would hate her too, maybe even more. I don't know maybe you will like her. If your in to having the devil as your friend.
