Adalynns POV
As I walked up the stairs I saw her run into a room. "Your not getting away that fucking easy bitch. You fucking let him touch her. And since Kellin can't hits girls. Haha, he said nothing about me not beating the shit out if you" I said as I reached the door she hid behind. "haha, found you" I smiled as I shoved open the door. She cowered in the corner of the room, from the doorway I could see her trembling with fear. "Well well well. Look who's terrified now. Imagine how Copeland felt when someone three times her size is coming towards her, cuts, and bruises her." I snarled. "I-I-I didn't
kn-know. I-I'm so-sorry" She cried. I clicked my tongue. "nope nope nope. I don't think that apology is going to work" I said as I walked towards her trembling form.

I put my hand under her chin, and made her look at me. "Touch her one more time. And I will make you suffer. I will make you suffer so much you'll wish to be dead then-" I brought my face close to we ear and menacingly whispered. "I will do what he did to her, to you. Don't you ever fucking let anyone touch her again. Or. Haha. Well, I'll just have to pay another visit" I told her then punched the side of her face. "Don't make me come back here, cause I will do a lot worse than just threaten you." I said as I walked out of the room.

"Have a nice day" I told her then walked out of the house. Hearing her loud sobs echo around the empty house. I smiled as i walked out and went to my car, unlocking it, then heading to where Kellin and copeland were staying for now.

Kellins POVs
After I had called Adalynn I went back to the apartment we were staying in until she moved out. "copeland, come here" I called out. She came running out of the basement, a smile on her face. "Hey copeland, we got to go now." She looked up at me confusedly. "Where?" She asked looking up at me.

"Remember we are supposed to go to the place where the guy who hurt you is tested to see if he should stay out in here, or in a really long time out" I told her trying to explain that he could go to jail.

"Okay, let's go daddy" She grinned and grabbed my hand as she led me out to the car. I buckled her in, closed the door, then got in myself and started the car and drove to the courthouse.

SKIPPING DRIVE CAUSE ITS LONG AND BORING
When we got into the parking lot I unbuckled copeland and we went inside. I grabbed her hand and opened the door. Katelynn was already here, she looked terrible. She had dark circles under her eyes, kept looking around everywhere. When her eyes landed on Adalynn she quickly looked away. Adalynn and the rest of the guys there. Behind them was BVB. CC and Jake holding hands while CC was on jakes shoulder. They really are perfect together.

"Okay copeland. Let's get this started okay. Now, I need you to be one hundred percent honest, no lying. Okay?" I said looking into her eyes. "okay, be hunred percent honest." She said looking at me. "okay, now let's start" I pulled her over to the desk and we sat down. "will everyone please rise for the honorable Judge Alex." A policeman said, as everyone rose from their seats.

"Okay, case C32 Kellin Quinn, and katelynn Roberts (I don't know if that's her real name, just guessing) your case has been opened. Please, Mr. Quinn, come up" I nodded as I stood up and the policeman read me my rights.

"Okay, Mrs. Santiago, begin your questioning." The judge said as Mrs. Santiago stood up and walked over to me.

"Okay, Mr. Quinn. what made you want to go home" I sat up straight and talked. "well, after my band and I were done practicing, we went home, I had heard some strange noises. Copelands pretty talkative, and I knew something was up when she wasn't talking. I told her to stay downstairs. As I walked up the stairs to the noises, I saw that Kate was in bed with another guy. She told me that he had hurt her. I went over to him and knocked him out, told her that I wanted a divorce, and custody of copeland" I finished. Mrs. Santiago studied me for a minute. "Okay, so Ms. Roberts. Is this true?" Katelynn looked up from her hands and looked at me.

"Y-Yes. It is" She stuttered.

"Okay, now, about the custody with copeland" Judge Alex said leaning on his hands. "Your honor, I believe that I can take care of copeland. I have been doing it for four years now." I defended. "yes, that may be true Mr. Quinn, but are you sure your good enough to parent a four year old while on tour? A child needs willing parents" Ms. Santiago said, stepping closer. "You are not good enough" She said. I stood up and shouted. "What the hell! You think I'm not good enough for her?! I freaking got her away from there! I helped her!" I said beyond angry now. "MR. QUINN. SIT DOWN. Now, I have decided, to give Kellin full custody of the four year old copeland. Case closed. Gah. I'm gonna go get a Gatorade" He sighed then stood up. I stood up and ran over to the guys and grinned. "Haha. So, what do we do now?" I asked everyone. "umm, I need to go get autumn and iris from the airport." Andy said standing up. "oh yeah. Where did they go again? I thought. "yeah, so we gotta go, anyone wanna come?" Justin asked looking around. "Yeah! Kellin copeland and I will go" Adalynn smiled. Ugh, I guess were going to the airport now.
