Adalynns POV
"Justin, wake her up" Uncle Andy said, followed by a door opening and closing.
"Wake up ads, wake up" Je said gently shaking my shoulder. "Huh.." I mumbled sitting up then saw that I had fallen asleep on his shoulder I quickly sat up and looked at him.
He kept leaning in. The closer he got the more nervous I got. Just when he was about to close the space between us someone banged on the window by me. "Hey! None of that!" I sighed and got out of the car. "Andy!" I shouted. "what do you want!" He shouted back, coming out of the house. "Carry me" I said extending my arms out. He sighed and picked me up bridal style.
I can't believe it! I have a date today with justin! Ermergerd. I'm so freaking excited. When we reached the door andy opened it and threw me on the couch. "Hey" I pouted looking up at him. "hey, I carried you in here" He said walking to the kitchen. "Dinner will be ready in about an hour!" He said.
After about five minutes of sitting on the couch I went up to andy. "Hey uncle?" I asked timidly. "yeah?" He said turning around. "um, where's justin?" I asked him. "oh, I'm he should be outside, I think he was on the phone or something. I nodded my head and sat back down on the couch to wait for him.
Justin's POV
i was outside still, talking to my ex. Don't ask why. Just go with it. "NO! Okay. I'm not coming back with you, I have a date tonight, with someone extremely beautiful. I don't wanna screw this up with her. By that, I mean I don't fucking want you back, I don't wanna hurt her." I said angrily. "well what about me! I fucking dated you for about 8 months, your just gonna throw that all away?" She whispered. "well of coarse I am. I pretty much figured it out that you hadn't wanted to be with me, you just wanted my money. I'm not taking you back. So just stop okay. I don't want you back.
"I actually have a chance right now to be with someone who hopefully likes me for me, not for my money. I am not having you fuck this up for me." I growled. "fine whatever, just remember, I fuck better than she ever will, just like we did about two months in our relationship." She stated. "I don't fucking care Jesse. Stay the fuck away from me, and say the fuck out of my life" I told her then hung up. I sighed and slid down in the grass. Gah, I really hate exs.
"Hey justin! Get back in here!" Dad yelled from the porch. "Dinner is ready." I looked at my phone and realized that I had been out here for about an hour. Shit, what about Adalynn. I quickly stood up and walked up to dad, but he stopped me with his arm.
"And next time justin, remember to not call your ex when she's over." I looked up at him and nodded my head. When I walked in I saw Adalynn on the stairs, shit, did she just hear that? "Oh no. It's fine andy, I'm sure he'd love to go back and finish talking to his ex, go ahead Justin" She said, her eyes glasses over with unshed tears. "Can you please drive me home andy?" Dad nodded his head and she followed him out the car. As they pulled out of the driveway I saw Adalynn looking out the window, and when her gaze met mine, she quickly turned away. Great. Just fucking great. What have I done?
"What's up with you?" Iris asked coming out of the kitchen. "nothing, nothing. Everything's fine." I mumbled. "really? Cause last time I checked, you weren't falling for Adalynn, she came up to my room crying. Jacob even comforted her. She kept saying how she knew she wasn't good enough cause you were talking to your ex. Seriously justin? Why would you do that to her? But I guess it's fine now. Cause after she calmed down we all decided to play call of duty, even though she kept mumbling things about how she wanted to hangout with you. But, I guess it's fine now. Cause she's going home anyway. So yeah, anyway, dad said it's fine for Jacob to stay for dinner" Iris said then walked back into the kitchen.
