Hey guys so it's recently been brought up to my attention by someone *cough* *cough* @PTV_FREAK *cough* *cough*
Damn I must be getting sick after all that coughing... But anyway, back to the original thought. I'm gonna talk to you guys about something serious.

Coping skills for self harm.

I personally as you guys may have know, have self harmed and I have a few ways to help you guys if you want it to find ways to cope.

1. Draw out how your feeling.

Me, I use art a lot to express myself and get rid of some of my negative emotions. Like the pic below or above fuck idk where the hell it is but anyway, which is one of my new drawings ik it sucks but yeah anywayyyyy

2. Have a bracelet that has meaning to you and just stare at it and think if this is what you really want

4 go on a walk
I know, exercise eww (at least for me it is anyway) but it does help to clear your thoughts

5 cry
It's okay to cry sometimes and sometimes it's better to just cry and get it over with

6 rub ice on the place where you want to cut
7 try talking to someone you trust about it

8 write down how you feel then tear the paper, and in a way, it's like your throwing and ripping up your sad or angry thoughts

9 think about your actions, do you really want more scars?

10 write a poem
I know it seems dumb but if you use your words well, write them in a poem so later on you can look back on it and realize how sad depressed you really were and change your actions before they get worse
