Gauri sat down on the stairs of the house they had rented with her books in her hand...
Annika di had kicked her out of the cleaning work asking her to prepare for her exam the next day...
Feeling that Annika di needed lone time to get over all that happened she had stepped out...
And now Gauri stared at her books blankly...
You can console a sad person...a broken person...
But how do you console a person who was behaving so calmly....surprisingly calm.....?
The thing that scared Gauri more was that Annika was behaving like she did every day...as if nothing happened...like yesterday hadn't happened...
Oh how she wished she could get her hands on that Shivaay Singh Oberoi who ruined her sister's marriage...and humiliated her...
But then again the truth was that Annika di wasn't excited about the wedding too...
Annika di wasn't excited about anything...it was like she was forcing herself to live day after day....like living itself was a responsibility for her...She was just existing...
In fact she had never seen her smiling whole heartedly for anything except with her stupid gundi giri or Sahil's nautanki...
That had scared her so much that she had permanently taken the persona of gundi....
At least Annika di had a normal vala expression...that amusement when she saw her do all gundi gundi drama...Which made her do more and more gundi drama...
Kash...kash there was something she could do...
Annika:"Day dreaming once again I presume...?"
Annika said smiling as she sat besides Gauri...
Annika:"Arey text book tho seedha pakdthi....ulta pakada hein..."
Gauri jumped and looked down at the text book to see that it was kept straight only...
Gauri looked at her sister questioningly...
Annika laughed...
Annika:"I got bored...job hunting is such a pain..aur call attend kar karke my ears are burning..."
Gauri took her sister's hands in hers and kissed it reverently....
Annika:"Aise gloomy hoke kyu baite ho my gundi...Arey shaadi tootna isn't the end of the world you know....aaj nahi tho kal hojayega....iske liye aise kyu baitna..."
Annika:"besides acha he huva shaadi nahi huvi...that shaadi ka joda was ghatiya...we should go for dark colours next time...like red...kitna acha lagega na....aur photo mein bhi acha lagega...isilye let's forget what happened yesterday and start fresh..."
