I could hear Lena shouting at me but I didn't care, and her shouting caused Jax to turn and see what was going on.

As soon as our eyes locked, he smiled that all too familiar smile, the one he had just for me, and began to close the distance between us. I wrapped my arms around his neck, jumping onto him as my legs went around his hips, holding him like my life depended on it. His arms snaked their way around my waist, keeping me in place as he nuzzled his face into my neck. He smelled incredibly good and felt even better. Everything around us faded away and it was just me and him, like we were meant to be. I didn't even realize I was crying until I felt the wetness of his shirt under my face. I swear he was hugging me so hard there was going to be a bruise across my back and sides but it was worth it to finally be back in his arms.

"I missed you." I choked out, finally finding my voice.

"Oh, babe, you have no idea how much I missed you." Jax replied, his voice thick with emotion.

I pulled away and looked at Jax, putting my hands on the sides of his face, still unable to believe that he was finally here. He leaned his forehead against mine, moving one of his hands from my back to cradle my head to his. In one swift movement, Jax capture my lips with his and it was like my whole body was set ablaze.

It felt like an electrical current was passing between the two of us through the touch of our lips. I moaned against his kiss, craving more of him. His lips parted and I felt his tongue slip into my mouth. Shocks of pleasure and need shot through me.

I had almost forgotten what his kiss felt like -we'd shared tender moments during my visits but never anything like we truly wanted- and I don't think I could ever go one day without him again. My hands went from his face to his shaved hair and back around his neck, pulling him as close to me as I could. Jax bit my lower lip and I smiled against his mouth, wrapping my legs tighter around him. I knew I needed to breathe soon, but I didn't care. If I were to die from lack of oxygen right now, I'd die happy, but I could hear two sets of voices yelling, pulling us out of our world.

Jax pulled away first, almost gasping for air like I was, rolling his eyes as he heard Opie whistling at our display. Lena on the other hand was not impressed at all.

"Rowan!" She shrieked, causing me to slightly duck my head into Jax's shoulder for safety. "I thought we agreed you wouldn't see each other before the ceremony!"

"Oh, come on!" Opie replied with a laugh. "Let them have their moment. They deserve it!"

I couldn't see the glare Lena shot Opie but by the expression on his face, I'm glad I didn't.

"Lena...just two minutes..." I began to whine but she cut me off.

"No." She was really developing that stern mom voice and it was scary. "We need to start getting ready and it's bad luck for you two to be seeing each other right now anyway!"

"But technically it is our wedding day! So it's not bad luck." I tried to reason with her.

I kept my arms around Jax's neck and dropped my legs from around his waist. He grinned and pulled me tight against his chest, staring into my eyes deeply. "Maybe we shouldn't risk any more bad luck, huh? We got enough already." He chuckled, kissing my nose sweetly. I scrunched my nose up the way he always thinks is cute and kissed his bottom lip.
