*Sarah's POV*
"Sarah W and Acacia..." the teacher said as we go to our seats. Oh Morgan why her. Why her at of all people. I sit at the desk and stair forward trying not to engage her. Ok Sarah the class will go faster if you ignore her. I was mentelly interrupted by her poking my arm. Ignore her.
*poke*.
Ignore -
*poke poke*
I sigh and turn to her to be met by her stare, and my god I was afriad, but her look. She looked confused, as if she wanted to ask me something.
"Why do you have scars on your arm," she asks since we have time to talk. The question struck me as odd and iregular seeing people only ever ask about my answers not my scars.
"Oh um...well," I reply trying to think of a not truthful answer," just some bumps and bruises over the years." Please buy that please...Yeah she bought it.
I will never tell the truth on the subject, but the thought takes over my mind anyways. When I look up she has left the table to join Nash and Aaron, two alphas who I could care less about honestly. I look at my phone for the time and I zone out. I put my head on the desk and close my eyes and think about three days from now asking the normal questions. I wake up to an almost empty room, my friend Megan shaking me awake.
"Get up or we will be late for yoga," she demands getting my stuff and helping me up we run down the halls to the Gym building and run to the 4th floor, the senior floor. We don't EVER go the 4th floor unless we have to. Sadly our yoga class had to be in a 4th floor dance room. We don't even change seeing as we changed at lunch and Angie forgot her pants again we enter the room only to be met by some cheerleaders. Ugh oh god no. We go up to the teacher and check in, continue to our cubicles and getting our stuff. As I go get my mat I noticed some guys...in a all girls yoga class? This can't end well.
"Okay, so ladies calm down and pop-a-squat," she said and we all sat down in our spots.
"Today the coach for the freshman boys has called out so we have some guest with us today, would you like to introduce yourselves boys," she says as they rise to there feet.
"I'm Hayes," the first boy says looking at everyone and the first I noticed were his electric sky blue eyes and short quiffed hair. Ha he must be related to Nash, wouldn't be shocked. As a few other boys said there names I started to think about who my soulmate could be. I mean anybody, ANYBODY could be my soulmate. All we have to do is be in the right place at the right time and BAM you live with the one you love. Wait...what if my soulmate doesn't want me?
"They will don't worry," Megan replies. Ugh I said that out loud.
"And still are speaking out loud. Thankfully," she paused look towards the other end of the room," you're not loud about it, for once." I chuckled at her comment and follow her eyes to the other side of the room where the boys were struggling really bad. Then I look at her clock and my gaze travels up her arm to her cuts....hey they're healing.
"Hey they're healing fast." Our gazes travel to her exposed arm and she drop to child pose to cover it. Sighing she looks at my exposed waxed leg and sees a scab. She mentally asks the question Acacia said aloud in English. I met her gaze and shook my head no telling not to ask it. As we complete a set, a few of us take a break and whisper chat or text, dose not matter to me. We lay on our stomachs in defeat and I look up to be met by Hayes staring at me...or down my top, I can't tell at this point.
However like his brother I brush him off and lean on my side towards Meg who has died two poses ago. I was trying to figure a appropriate answer for the question but I sighed with no avale.
"I'm so proud bonbon," I say bringing it up, "your reward is only the best sarcasm and no lectures."
"Haha funny and thanks, I'm happy your not gonna lecture me," she retorted to me. We take a moment and just stare, I stare off in space and she stares at the scab.
"I thought you were done with...you know, that."
"Well I've been stressed lately about the whole soulmate-countdown thing so I guess I slipped up but it's only one." She nods in understanding and gives me a hug. We continue class in silence, not a awkward silence but a comforting one.
