I woke up checking the clock on the night stand.I sighed and got up doing my hygiene things.I finished up in the shower and brushed my teeth than put my hair up in a messy bun.
I walked back out to my room and shook Colton to wake up.He groaned and I sucked my teeth.
"Come on,wake up!"I whined shaking him
His eyes peeled open and he got up walking towards the bathroom.I put on some boy shorts with a sports bra and my Adidas sweatsuit with my black 'bebe' furry slides.
I didn't put on any makeup and I combed my hair out.I sprayed on some perfume and then grabbed my phone.Coltom was taking too damn long but it's cool cause I was eating me some breakfast while he got ready.
It's only 4 in the morning but I just have a massive headache for some reason.I put another forkful of eggs in my mouth.I noticed my screen light up and I furrowed my brows.
"Yeah?"I answered
"Nique can we talk?"Lucas asked
"Uhhh-"I watched Colton walk in and go straight to the kitchen
"Sure I'll call you tonight I guess cause I have some stuff to handle first"I said
"Aight,bye"He hung up just like that
I sighed and walked to the kitchen and started rinsing off dishes in the sink.It wasn't piled up but it still was enough for me to actually take a while.
I rinsed them off and put them in the dishwasher and then opened the cabinets under the sink and grabbed out the tide squares.I dropped one in and locked it shut.
I turned it on and cleaned up around the house.I made sure our luggage was actually in the living room and I walked out to see only our cars.
I pulled out my phone to call Airi.She answered on the second ring,"Hello?"
"Hey,it Nique I was wondering when you're gonna be at the airport?"I asked messing with my hair
"In a hour not that long"She said
"Oh okay,I was just making sure"I nodded
"Okay,bye"She said
"Bye"I hung up and called Dwayne up
He didn't answer the five times I tried to call him.I furrowed my brows and then my phone rung with his name across the screen.I answered putting his dumb ass on speaker.
"Yes Nique?"He asked sleepily
"Nigga don't ever answer my calls! Because if some'n happen to you den Janiya gonna blame me and Colton"I stated and put some of the dishes on the drying rack in their proper spots
"Girl,I was sleep! Ain't nobody gon' get me for what? I ain't got none"He said
"Whatever but can you come over real quick? It's kinda urgent"I said stacking some cups
"Why?"He asked shuffling around
"Colton and I are going to Houston and staying in Houston for some time and I need someone to drive us to the airport"I explained
