chapter one

Elena's pov:
The Salvatore boarding house

I woke up to Damon reading Lord of the rings with his arm wrapped around me. I looked up at him and smiled because he had never looked so hot.

"You know elena we have the whole summer together. You don't have to stare at me every morning." He said laughing and kissing my forehead.

"It's romantic Damon. I'm going to miss this when I go back to college" I say looking up at him.
Damon closes his book and sets it on the nightstand.

"Well miss Gilbert, I'm going to be visiting every weekend so there will be a whole lot of this and you won't miss it at all. It will be like nothing ever changed...well we won't be in our bed so that will change but otherwise everything will be the same. " 

"I don't need a body guard, Damon.You don't have to visit every weekend. I can handle myself perfectly fine. Besides Caroline will be there if I get into any trouble. " I say.

"But Princess, you know you can't leave me here all alone. I will get lonely and I will miss you. Not to mention a horny mess."

"You really had to throw that in there huh?" I say laughing. "I'm going to miss you too Damon. Much more than you will ever know but I can't just stay cooped up in this boring house for all of eternity."

"Well I know a way we can make it less boring" Damon says with a devilish grin on his face.

"And how is that Mr. Salvatore?" I say mirroring the same grin back to him.

"Well Stefan is on vacation and little Gilbert is with Bonnie so I was thinking maybe we could-"

"DAMON! No way! Jeremy could be back any minute and he might hear us!" I say while getting out of bed and walking towards the shower.
Damon got out of bed, walked up behind me, and wrapped his arms around my waist.
"But Baby, it will be fun!" Damon said before kissing my neck.
"Damon can we at least get breakfast first?"
"Fine but it better be after breakfast. You know what I do when I don't get what I want. " Damon says as he kisses me one last time then goes downstairs to get breakfast started.
I throw on one of Damon's black shirts and go downstairs for breakfast.

"Baby, you can't wear that in my kitchen. You're going to distract me"

"How am I going to distract you when I'm sitting over here?" I say in my innocent voice.

"Elena go put shorts on or something. At least for breakfast. " he turned around and flipped a pancake then plopped it onto the stack.
A minute or so passes and I'm still sitting at the table unmoved.
"Elena I'm serious. Don't make me come over there. "

"Ugh fine dad. Anything else you want me to do? Get rid of all my crop tops and short shorts?" I say playfully at Damon.
"Alright alright very funny now go before I change my mind." Damon says as he returns to making the pancakes.
As I'm walking through the kitchen Damon turns around and slaps me right where his shirt ends and he makes me jump.

I get upstairs and I find a pair of gray pajama shorts and I walk back downstairs.
I find Damon setting the stack of pancakes and plates on the table. I go to open the fridge to get the butter and syrup and Damon wraps his arms around my waist and kisses my neck.
"DAMON! We haven't even started breakfast yet!!
"You can't look that irresistible at breakfast elena! You should know that already!"
"Damon I haven't even brushed my hair yet how do I look irresistible??" I say perplexed.
"Elena, I love you so much and I think your beautiful whether you just rolled out of bed or whether you're all dressed up to go to a ball." Damon said sternly.
"Aww Damon that's so sweet. I love you too." I say as I pressed a kiss on his lips.

After we finished the delicious breakfast we heard a knock at the door.
"Whoever is at that door better not be staying long" Damon exclaimed as he flashed to the door.
"LITTLE GILBERT IF YOU DONT-"
"Damon calm down! Jeremy lives here too and he can come in this house if he wants to." I say giving Damon a look and opening the door so that Jeremy can come in.
"Okay I don't know whats going on between you guys but I just stopped by to pick up some pajamas." Jeremy said as he walked past Damon and I up to his room.
"Why would little Gilbert need pajamas?" Damon whispers to me.
Jeremy walks downstairs with a drawstring bag and a pair of sneakers in his hand.
"Hey Jer, why are you bringing pajamas and where are you going?" I say confused and concerned.
"I'm just staying the night at Bonnie's tonight. I'll be back in the morning. It's no big deal." He says as he closes the door on both of us.
"Well looks like little Gilbert won't be back until tomorrow and Stefan comes back in a few days so it looks like we have the whole house to ourselves. And this time we know nobody is going to interrupt us. " Damon says as he picks me up and flashes us to the bedroom.
He throws me on the bed and pulls his shirt off of me and he kisses me and little fires erupt all over my body and every time he touches me it's like a wildfire spreading all along my body. Every time he touches my skin I can feel his love radiating though me.

"Elena people are going to start wondering where we are if we keep this up." Damon says as he rolls off of me and lays beside me.
"Well nobody has started a search party for us so that's a good sign. " I say as I climb back on top of him and kiss him.
Damon flips me over and kisses every inch of my body.

I hope you guys like this book so far! I will release the chapters in bunches of 5. Since I'm releasing the chapters in 5's this book may take a while to get new chapters but it will be worth it.
