The Lunch Date

It's close to 2P.M  and I'm all dressed.  I'm wearing a white sundress with brown cow boy boots.  Zoey says its weird but I like the look.  I like being my own kind of beautiful.  I got Zoey to flatiron my hair instead of my usual curly natural look.  I even let her put some eye make up on me today.

The door bell rings.  I give myself a last look in the mirror while Zoey goes to answer the door.

Man I'm nervous.  Trevor called to see what I was up to today.  I told I'm I was going to lunch.  I'm glad he didn't ask with who or try to invite himself  to come along.  I hope I can relax and we can have a good date because there's  something about this girl that I just can't shake. Her eyes remind me of someone but I can't place who.  I hear the door being unlocked. Here goes nothing.  It's her sister Zoey she looks a lot like Trevor.

Hi, Zoey says with a smile.  Come on in Lexy will be out in a second.  She's a little nervous she whispers to me as we hear Lexy coming down the hall.

Wow! You look great I say even before she gets the chance to speak.  Now we just standing there smiling at each other until Zoey says well you guys have a wonderful lunch. I've got to get back home to check on Brandon.

Lexy grabs her hand bag and we all head out together.  I walk her to the passenger side of my Range Rover and open her door.  I walk around the SUV and get in and crank up the the truck.  I pull from the curb into traffic.

So Lex were would you like too eat?   She does a little giggle.  It sounds so cute.  What was the giggle for?

No one has ever called my Lex.  That's all she says smiling.  When I hear that name I always think of Lex Luther from Smallvile.

We both laugh!

Well I'll stick with Sexy Lexy.  I can see that she's blushing when I look over at her.  Man she's on point.  I never seen a sundress fit so well.  It shows just the right amount of cleavage there's no way she has a bra on.  Look at the way that necklace is laying between her breast.  I wound love to be that necklace right now.

Hello Chance? 

Huh?

Did you hear me?

No, I'm sorry my mind was elsewhere.

I said what do you have the taste for?

I could eat a breast or two  I say with a smirk on my face trying hard to keep my eyes on the road.  How about we go to Dave's.

That's cool I love that place she says.

We make it to the cafe and the waitresses seats us.   The waitress puts a menu on one side of the table and one on the other but I seat down beside Lexy.   The waitress gives me a funny look.  I turn to Lexy and ask her what she drinking.  Yes I'm doing the waitress job I want her gone because I ready to be alone. 

I'll like a sweet tea says Lexy make that two I add.  The waitress gives me the flirty eye and I guess her best smile and walk off.

Lexy opens the menu and I slide in closer and  put my arm around her and start to look over her shoulder at the menu also.  She smells great. 

She looks at me.  The waitress put your menu over there on the other side of the table.  So how did you end up over here. 

I like to be close over there I point to the other side of the table is to far away from someone as sexy as you.   Besides I like everyone to know who I'm with it helps to keep all my completion away. 

Oh that's what your doing.  So want do I need to do to keep my competition away.

Lexy James you can do whatever you want to me whenever.  But you have no competition.

That's when the waitress return with our drinks and take our order.

I'm 21 and how old are you?

How did you get into acting?

It's was and still is a lot of work.  I would come and stay with my grandparents in the summer.  I even went to school here a few years so I was back I forth.  A few years ago my dad called in some favors and pulled some strings and my career really took off in Paris but I wanted to be in the States so we ended up moving here. 

The lunch arrived and we talked for hours.  I learned  she wants to open a dance studio and that she's working at the club because of a deal with her Dad.  That says haven't dated a lot because she didn't want any destructions.  She's funny kinda shy smart and a hard worker. Now how am I going to tell Trever I want to date his sister without messing up our friendship and work environment.
