Chapter 5

Third person

The two black haired girls woke up to massive headaches. They unwillingly got up to go to the bathroom for some aspirin then called in sick at school.

"Well at least we get a break from the host club.... They're all a little crazy." Aki said.

"Yeah they are, but it's actually kind of refreshing... Although they're still rich airheads.." Akarui responded and sighed.

At home the two girls let go of their composures and show emotion, but it's only when they're alone together. If a maid were to walk in on them,though there are only two, they instantly return to emotionless. Yesterday when they laughed in front of the Hitachiin's it was only because of the shock of almost dying and they saved them so it seemed appropriate.

They slowly made their way down stairs and stretched out onto the couch laying next to each other.

"Ms. Aki and Akarui, are you going to school?" One maid asked them.

The blank faced girls shook their heads and both pointed to their heads signifying they had headaches.

The maid nodded. "Would you two like some tea then?"

They nodded and the maid scurried off.

"Ne... Aki, why do you stay quiet for me when you weren't there when it happened?" Akarui asked. "I know I am not mentally able to speak but you are, so why?"

"I do it because you are my sister, my twin, my other half and when you go through something I go through it with you.... Besides speaking isn't a necessity. I'll stay by your side forever." Aki responded and snuggle closer to her sister.

"Aki.... I want you to speak to others, please.... Do what I cannot, be my voice. Do it for me, you stay quiet and you've even given up what you love most, for me. I want you to speak again and sing, no one has a more beautiful voice than you. Please, for me?" Akarui looked at her sister with pleading eyes.

"Fine I'll speak.... But how do you think everyone will react to this?" Aki responded.

"They'll be shocked but you can explain, it's not really complicated." Akarui answered and smiled at her sister. "Thank you, Aki."

"Whatever..." Aki said and hugged Akarui.

The maid brought their tea over, but they noticed there were three cups.

"Ms. Saito, Mr. Suoh is here." The maid said.

"Hello my lovely nieces!" An overdramatic voice said.

"Tamaki, why are you here?" Aki asked, spoke not typed.

He looked shocked that she actually spoke to him.

"Um, well you two didn't come to school today so naturally as your loving uncle I decided to come check on you!" He responded with his dramaticness

"Ok... Let me rephrase, how did you find out where we lived?" She asked again.

"Well you are living in one of my estates, I just asked my father. Why weren't you at school?" He asked.

"We are sick." Aki told him as she and her twin sipped their tea.

"Oh well I hope you get better come back tomorrow, the host club was worried about you two. Why didn't you tell any of us?" Tamaki asked them.

"You aren't in charge of us, so we aren't obligated to tell you anything. We don't need the host club to babysit us, we are fine on our own." She said, her voice a little harsh, but in truth she just said what her sister was put into her head.
