Madi(POV)
It's been 3 days full of crying and screaming but I made it to LA. We're actually at a cafe right now eating lunch. I cut his food up and he started eating with his hands. My phone rang and it said Erika. I answered it.
M- hello
E- hi girl. Are you in Cali
M- yeah we just got here. I actually need your help to look for apartments.
E- I can meet you where are you
M- corner cafe
She hung up and I finished eating and so did Jax
M- you ready to go look for a house
J- yes
I picked Him up and I walked out. I saw a Jeep park in front of me and I saw Erika in the front.
M- nice Jeep
J- Jeep
M- i'll follow you
I put him in my car and in his car seat and then I got in I started following her and 5 minutes we parked in the apartment guest parking. I got out and walked over to get Jax out. I picked him up and walked over to Erika who was out of her Jeep
E- ok I heard this is a good apartment duplex but i would have you get an apartment at my duplex but there's none available so here's this
M- ok let's go
We walked in
M- can you hold him for a minute
E- yeah
J- no mommy
He wouldn't let go of me
E- I'm your mom's best friend
M- she's my best friend she's not going to hurt you
I gave Erika him and then I walked to the front desk
M- hi I was wondering if you had an apartment room for me.
D- how many people
M- just me and my son so 2 rooms if available
D- you can have the last one
I paid for everything and He gave me the key. I walked over to Erika.
M- I got a room
E- yay
Jax clapped.
M- I have to park my car in the one that's has number 4
E- wait do you want to come to the team 10 house today. I know you and Jake and Anthony were friends
M- oh sure I'll follow you
Why did I say that
M- but first can I put my things up in my apartment
E- yeah we walked out and got to my car. Jax wanted to hold something so I gave him my phone. I grabbed a luggage and some bags and Erika did the same we actually carried everything up. We got in there and we left again. I buckled Jax in and I started following Erika.
M- are you ready to see my friends
J- can we go to pool tomorrow
M- since it's Sunday tomorrow we can.
J- otay
20 minutes later we got to a big mansion.
M- oh my
J- doggies
I saw 2 dogs outside by Erika. I got out and the dogs started running. I got Jax out and the dogs tried licking him
E- Apollo
They both stopped and I picked up his blanket and pacifier. I followed Erika and she opened the door. I'm really doing his right now I thought. She shut the door and I put Jax down and I saw Anthony sitting on the stairs in front of us with a girl. The girl had blonde hair. Jax ran to Anthony and held onto his legs.
A- hi buddy
Jax giggled and then ran to me. I picked him up and a few people came down.
J- madi
He came over and hugged me Jax was being shy so he was laying on my shoulder
M- hi
J- everyone this Madi. She's mine and Tonys best friend from Ohio and this is her son Jax
E- actually she was my best friend first.
M- she's right sorry.
J- not the point
They laughed
M- hi guys
I met Chad and Arie and Justin wasn't there. I met chads girlfriend and him and her went upstairs. Arie went to the kitchen. I put Jax down and the dogs came up to him. Jax hit the dog and I bent down to him.
M- no don't hit the dogs
A- Athena and Apollo go
Anthony showed them away
A- I don't think a dog is going to get hurt by a little kid hitting him
I just looked at him quick and then I looked at Jax.
??- I'm going to leave
A- ok bye
They kissed and she left. I felt sad and jealous. I grabbed Jax's hand and I followed Erika to the kitchen.
E- I can show you around
M- ok
Jake came down
M- can we turn on the tv for him
J- yeah come on
I gave Jax to Jake and he didn't cry. I followed them quick and Jake sat down and Jax stayed on his lap. I turned it on to Mickey Mouse and I kissed his head and left. I met Erika again and she showed me around. We went back downstairs and we were in the entryway of the house
E- I have a question
M- yeah
E- is Anthony the father of Jax
M- yes but —
A- what
I turned around and I saw Anthony. He was on the steps to go to the living room
M- I'm sorry
My eyes were watering and everyone was watching now.
A- I don't believe you
M- why
A- I left 2 years ago and he's only 1
M- and
He was yelling at me
A- get out now
He got closer and opened the door.
A- get out
He yelled and Jax started crying. I walked over to him and I picked him up. I grabbed his stuff and I walked out. I tried calming him down and finally he did and I put him in his car seat. I then left and I saw he fell asleep. My eyes were still watering and I got to my apartment. I carried Jax's car seat with him in it. I got to my apartment and I went and laid him down in his crib. I covered him and I walked out of his room. I put his clothes and my clothes all in my room for tonight. There was already furniture which was good. My room was the only room that needed decorated and sheets and a comforter. I went and showered and I started crying. I got out and I wrapped a towel around me and walked out. I was heading to my room when there was a knock. I went over and opened the door and i saw Anthony.
