The moment when there was no space between us, my brain was constantly searching for a reason of why his embrace felt very assuring.

When was the last time I have ever been hugged by someone?

When my family sent me off to school that day?

My heart fluttered as Sebastian securely wrapped his arms around me.

"I thought I told you to be yourself around me" he sighed, gently caressing my hair.

"I'am" I mumbled on his chest.

"You are certainly not" he disagreed with a disappointed tone.

I let out a sigh of relief, still unable to relax myself,"Sebastian, if someone sees—"

"No one will" he paused,"No one is allowed to enter after all"

With a frown on my face, I abruptly pulled away,"Then why am I here?"

Sebastian flashed a sly smirk,"Aren't you my lover?" he answered with no hesitation.

Upon hearing his response, I quickly turned my head to the side averting his gaze.

"Sebastian...." I quietly murmured his name,"You should be subtle in romancing, you know" I attempted to cover my embarrassed self.

But I guess the rosiness on my cheek gave it away.

I swiftly buried my blushed face against his chest as he let out a satisfied chuckle.

"Aren't you the bold one, milady?" he teased, causing me to urgently withdraw from his hug, making an exaggerated amount of distance between us.

For a moment I thought I saw another side of him.

That was the longest he ever used informality in his speech.

We both chuckled in amusement, before silence struck the room.

Sebastian didn't utter a single word, neither did I.

I was occupied, staring him in a pure awe, admiring every single one of his features.

How can someone like him exists? My lips curved into a plain smile.

"What is it, milady?" he eventually asked, tilting his head quizzically.

"Nothing" I laughed it off jokingly.

I wanted to see you properly one last time.

Despite his puzzled look, I marched towards the door,"I have to go now, have a great day" I tried slipping away from the conversation.

"Wait" he unexpectedly called out before I stopped on my track.

Oh boy.

"I thought we are not done talking?" his eyebrows furrowed in a serious manner, his face was filled with a let-down expression.

I shook my head in refusal,"We were. I mean, there is nothing else to talk about is there?"

Sebastian walked closer, his face remains unfazed.

I retreated, gulping down my saliva knowing that my back has bumped against the door.

As he stood few inches away, my breath stiffened,"No secrets between us" he whispered softly, peering down to my troubled smile.

My gaze dropped to the ground, pulling off the fakest grin.

He released a defeated sigh,"I do not want you to tire yourself out, forcing it"
