<Y/N POV>
Some time had passed since the time at the restaurant, I knew I was going to start work soon so I really tried making the best of the free time I still had. Everything seemed to be going smoothly. The guys were always welcoming and kind, they helped me improve my korean… kinda.. I learned some new slang. Living here is actually going alright except for one little problem: Xiumin.
Everytime I see him I end up being 10 times more awkward then I already am! That is saying a lot. He would ask me the simplest of questions like: ¨how is your day going?¨ or ¨what do you think we should eat tonight?¨ and I would be completely stunned. Just standing there not saying a word and blushing. If I did say something, it would just be some random sounds as if I was some sort of crazy chicken. I don't even think I understood myself when I would answer him. What really scares me though, is that I keep thinking about him…
<SHORT TIME SKIP>
I layed in my bed, staring at the boring white ceiling above me. It was such a hot day today that you could lay in bed, not do anything and still sweat as if you were running a marathon. Just gross. I threw on that snowflake t shirt that I bought at the airport, how ironic now that it is so hot outside. I took several big gulps of my water and decided I should probably give the flowers on the balcony some water as well.
I grabbed a tall glass of water and began walking over to the balcony. Chanyeol and Baekhyun were playing video games in the living room.
¨Hey Jangmi! Wanna play along?¨ Chanyeol asked.
¨I'd love to! I just have to water those poor flowers real quick.¨
The boy smiled at me and continued to play their video game. I noticed they were talking much less since I walked into the living room, in fact, they were whispering. I wonder what they always talk about…
I walked onto the balcony, the sun was burning on my skin. I poured a little bit of water over the small delicate red flowers hanging over the balcony. Once I finished I decided to enjoy the view a little. The sun was shining bright over the park I could see right in front of me. The trees were so tall and so close by that I could almost touch the leaves with my hand. As I lowered my head saw something...or rather… somebody.
I decided to lean forward a bit more to see who it was. I guess I was just curious. They were doing some sort of exercises because I could see some weights scattered around as well as multiple bottles of water. As I kept looking I came to the realization of who I was actually staring at. It was Xiumin. Really?! Out of all the members it just had to be him.
I sighed and wanted to walk away but for some reason my eyes were glued to Xiumin and I could not leave.
Why would he work out when it's so unbearably hot outside? How is he even surviving?
He began lifting the heavy weights that were next to him, everytime he lifted them over his head you could see his strong muscular arms. His tight shirt wrapped perfectly around his body, his frame was mesmerizing, perfectly symmetrical. His face was so deeply concentrated. He was almost a completely different person then the boy who laughing at his own prank at the restaurant.
I kept looking at him, I was still holding the glass my hand but I could feel my fingers slowly beginning to slip.
Before I could give it another thought my eyes were once again distracted. Xiumin was finished with his weightlifting so he walked over to a very tall monkey bar. I remembered those kind of things from when I was a kid, I would always fall if I would try to climb them. Anyway, what he was about to do next I did not quite expect.
