Chapter 13

-Aria's POV-

I didn't like going to school anymore because once Shawn and I made it official he posted a pic on Instagram and people wouldn't leave me alone so I convinced my mom to let me take online school. People were just getting too annoying with all the questions. I'm getting texts from them now though but whatever.

I woke up to Shawn scaring the shit out of me, he jumped on me.

"Fuck dude. Why'd you do that?" I asked rubbing my eyes.

"I wanted to hangout with you." He said frowning.

"Can't we do that later?" I ask pulling my covers over my head.

He pulled the covers off my bed completely.

"WHY ARE YOU SUCH AN ASSHOLE?!" I yelled sitting up.

"Geez, anger issues much?" He laughed. I playfully hit his arm.

"Now get up, we're going out with Codi and Cameron in an hour." He said pulling me out of bed.

"What? What are we doing?"

"They asked to go ice skating and then get lunch after."

"Fine, only because I get food." I said getting clothes and heading to shower.

In the middle of my shower I heard the door open and shut.

"Shawn, get out." I said.

"Whyyyy? I need to shower too." He whined.

I didn't say anything and next thing I know he got in the shower with me. This is the first time we've ever seen each other naked. I feel so weird.

"Happy Birthday." He says and kisses me.

"Wait you remembered?" I asked.

"Of course I remembered. You're 18 now."

"Yay me." I said with fake laugh.

He kisses me again and our lips move in sync.

You can say we had a steamy make out session. (Because the shower was hot so it was steamy... yeah i'm not funny, why do I try)

He gets out and I wait a couple minutes before I get out. We get ready in my room before we leave.

We were meeting them at the place so when we got there, they were already there because we were late.

"What took you guys so long?" Cameron asks.

"I take long showers and we both had to shower." I said being honest.

Codi gave me a 'I know what you did' look.

I shook my head and smiled before we got our shoes and went ice skating.

"Shawn don't show off too much, plus i'm gonna need your help." I said.

"I won't." He said and grabbed my hands to help me.

It was honestly fun besides me falling on my ass three times. It was pretty funny though because each time I fell I took Shawn down with me.

After that we went and ate at some restaurant near by since we were starving. We all sat down and ordered our drinks. We were deciding what we should order and once we all figured it out the lady brought us our drinks.

She took our order and she looked at Shawn like five times. Was I getting jealous? Yes, yes I was but who wouldn't?

"Did you see how many times she was checking you out." I said to Shawn.

"No, was it bad?" He asked. Everyone nods their head.

"It was at least five times." Cameron said.

"Well I got all I need right here." He said putting his arm around me.

When she brought our food before Shawn removed his arm he kissed the side of my cheek and started eating.

"What was that for?" I asked.

"To show her that i'm not available." He said.

I shook my head and laughed.

Before we left they sang me happy birthday which gave us a free dessert. Favorite thing about birthdays, free dessert.

So far it's a pretty good birthday. We said goodbye to Codi and Cameron before leaving to go to my house.

When we got there I saw my dad waiting by the front door.

"Shawn, stay in the car." I said as I got out and walked towards him.

"What do you want now?" I ask.

"Happy Birthday sweetie." He said handing me a present.

I opened it and it was a picture of us when I was a baby. I set it in the mailbox so it wouldn't blow away.

"I told you not to come back." I said. I heard Shawn get out of the car and walk up to me.

"Is that your boyfriend? Your so grown up." He said covering his mouth.

"Yes he is my boyfriend and he's been there for me more than you have so please leave." I said as Shawn walks up behind me and puts his hand around my back.

"But Aria."

"Fine, if you won't leave I will. Let's go Shawn." I said grabbing his hand and leaving to go to Shawn's house.

Before i'm able to get in Shawn's car I hear my dad say, "Did your mom ever tell you that you have a younger brother?"
