Yeah.. I know I don't write much of these...
Anyways... As I posted at the ending of my last chapter I said I was feeling more depressed lately... (Chapter in Paper Hearts) And that has taken a huge toll on me, not just mentally but physically. I am now physically sick from anxiety and depression....
So my therapist and I were discussing what I should do.. and they told me that it would be best if I took a small break from social media.. now it's not permanent, I will be back.. I just don't know when...
I really hope you guys understand...
