Chapter 8

~ Vic's pov~ 

I woke up and smiled thinking about how everything's been the past few days. I have Kellin, I'm actually passing all my classes and I have the best boyfriend in the world. 

"Good morning." I heard Kellin say. Lately I've been spending the night at Kelliin's mainly since my parents are always fighting.

"Good morning." I said. I got up and showered and changed into some clothes. Once he was showered and changed we walked downstairs. Kellin and I have been together a month now. 

"Good morning, mom." Kellin said. 

"Good morning, Mary." I said. She mumbled a good morning. I chuckled. I grabbed my bag and phone and we were out the door. I got in the car and started it. Kellin buckled up and groaned. 

"Okay, I get that you people are short and shit but at least fix the damn seats." He grumbled.

"Jeez. Someone's grumpy when they're tired."I said jokingly. 

"Shut up and drive, or we're gonna be late."He said. I shook my head and started driving.

When we got to school everyone was heading inside. I sighed and got out along with Kellin and locked my doors. We walked inside and went to our lockets. We met up somewhere in the middle of the hallway and walked to class together. That was until the principal stopped us. 

"Mr. Fuentes, come with us." He said. I looked at Kellin and sighed. I followed the principal while looking at Kellin every now and again. I've really grown close to Kellin since we've started dating. I sat across from the principal. "Now, we had to go and search through lockers for our annual locker search for everything. Anyways, we found pot in your locker.Would you like to explain to us why it's there?" He asked.

"Wait, are you sure you aren't talking about Mike's locker?" i asked.

"I'm pretty sure. We were looking through yours, Victor." He said.

"But that's like near impossible. i don't smoke or get high. I never plan on it." I said.

"We've found it in your locker, Mr. Fuentes.Now either fess up or you're suspended." He said. 

"I'm telling you, it's not mine. Someone must've planted it in my locker just to get me into trouble." I said. "I mean, I'm a good kid. I get straight A's and some B's. I never did anything wrong in school.' I said. He sighed.

"Alright, you're suspended, Vic." He said.

"What?! That's so unfair!" I said. Yeah I'm beyond pissed now.

"1 week suspension." He said. I groaned. "You can finish out today, then you're suspended. You can only come on school grounds to pick up Mike or Kellin,that's it." He said. I sighed and nodded. I got up and he wrote me a pass. I left to my class.

~ Kellin's pov ~ 

I was writing some song lyrics down when i heard the door open and shut. i looked up and saw Vic walk over and sit beside me.

"So, what happened?" I asked.

"Well someone planted weed in my locker. And after today I'm suspended for a week." He said. I sighed.

"I'm sorry." I said.

"Don't worry, it's cool." he said. I nodded.

It was after school and I was sitting on my bed with Vic's head in my lap. I started messing with his hair. 

"Man, my folks are gonna kill me." he said. 

"I know." I said. 

"Is there a way you can like kidnap me and keep me here?" He asked.

"Yeah, but it's also illegal." I said. He chuckled. "Who do you think could have planted it in there?" I asked.

"Probably Oliver." He said. I sighed. His phone dinged in his pocket. He pulled his phone out and looked at the text message. "Shit, I have to get home. I'll see you tomorrow morning." He said. I nodded. He pecked my lips and walked out. I sighed and laid there thinking about what's happened today.

Yeah, I know that this is the shortest chapter i've had, but hey I'm trying here and I'm sorta tired so that doesn't really help much. Anyways, I won't be able to update till next week. Sorry.
