All I could hear was the sound of my own breathe. I didn't dare to open my eyes. I didn't want to know where I was. I just wanted to be home, laying in my own bed. I told my mom I had a bad feeling but of course she didn't care.
I heard a door slam. It didn't sound like a car door, more like the door to your bedroom.
I took a deep breathe before slowly opening my eyes. I was staring at a plain, white ceiling. It was silent again. I tilted my head to the side to look around the room when I saw those green eyes.
I jumped back. He tilted his head and grinned with only the corner of his lip.
"Hello darling"
I didn't say a word. I just sat and stared. I didn't know what else to do. What was I supposed to do? Start screaming? Get up and run? Where would I even run to?
I looked at my surroundings. I was sitting up on a cot with only sheets and no pillow. The walls were a shade of red you'd imagine on a barn. There was a white door behind the guy which had no handle on my side and was slightly open. There was a stool which the guy was sitting on as he watched me. That was it. The only things in this room was a stool and a cot.
"You do know it is polite to say hello back, right hun?" he leaned closer to me.
I didn't respond. Why should I? He kidnapped me. There was no point in talking and just seeming him satisfied.
He looked down at his hands that were wrapped around one another and chuckled, "Okay I see how it is."
He got up and walked towards the door, "Oh and by the ways, my name is Reese," he said before closing the door behind him.
And I'm all alone.
