I can't believe in just 6 more chapters this story will be over! This has been so much fun to write and I hope you all enjoy it as much as I have!

Jorel p.o.v – January 19th, 2015 – 3.20 am

"Matt I am so sorry. I couldn't protect you," Danny cries. It has been two months now since Matthew died and Danny is still struggling to come to terms with what he saw that afternoon. He has had a nightmare every night this week and then doesn't go back to sleep after them which is making him tired and making the nightmares worse. Both Airia and George haven't been able to help him, and I am thinking about calling Elijah again. Whenever we have Aron in our hands I want Danny to be the one to kill him and Danny can't do it while he is like this. I know Danny feels so guilty over Matt's death even though there was nothing that he could have done. Matt decided to sacrifice his life for Danny and the coven, so we could win the war.

He bolts up about five minutes later and breaks down in tears. "Come here baby," I tell him and gently tug on his bracelet, so he knows I am here to comfort him. He turns around and I hold him tightly whilst rocking him to the side to calm him down. "We need another siren in here," George jokes, I called for him to try and bring Danny out of the nightmare by destroying it, but it didn't work. "Yeah, it would be nice for Danny to have a peaceful dream for once," I tell George, he knows about how crap Danny's sleeping has been this last week since he has been trying the most to destroy Danny's nightmares. Danny has a tight grip on my shirt as I calm him down. Now he only gets childlike when he is extremely upset.

"I was thinking about calling Elijah in the morning. He helped before with the other nightmares you kept having so he might be able to help with these," I say, it was weird to go through Christmas being down two members on how many we originally had in the coven. Tyler is now one but doesn't really remember his mom since he was so small when she died. It is sad, but I am sure Dylan can share some fond memories when Tyler is older. Danny is now slowly calming down, based on what I saw on the body it would have been quite the nasty thing to witness. Danny is so innocent and even when we killed the minions in the barn he didn't participate much. We mainly did no pain killings for mercy which is better than Nine Lives.

"Jorel, make it stop please," Danny tells me once he calms down. I feel so sorry for him, our bond can't sort these nightmares out and I really want it too. He feels so much pain when he has a nightmare, especially when he dreams about how gruesomely Matt was murdered. "I will buddy. I'm going to get Elijah to come tomorrow and make it all better I promise," I tell him and kiss the top of his head. Then as if by magic Elijah appears with Hayden in the room which scared all of us. "Hello boys, I got a text from Dylan this afternoon saying Danny was struggling with nightmares?" Hayden asks. I nod, I have to thank Dylan for this later. I am glad that everyone in the coven look out for each other and look after one another in their times of need.

"I keep seeing Matt die over and over every time I fall asleep," Danny says, and I hug him tightly. Hopefully Elijah can help him out. He is the top nightmare obviously and Hayden is the top bogeyman. I think Anastasia is a siren herself, but I can never remember what her type is because she is always in the background. That makes me think she is a succubus more than a siren. When Danny was being trained she would have done it if she was a siren. "Alright Danny, come here and I can take the pain away," Elijah says, in a very father like tone which was nice. Danny goes to sit with Elijah who puts his hands on Danny's head. Moments later I know it is done, I hope Danny will be able to settle back to sleep now.

"Thank you," Danny says when he is done. Danny isn't the only Cambion to have this done by Elijah, he does it to any cambion who calls for help with bad dreams that start taking over their day to day lives. Well, he sees if the coven has a nightmare and if they can do it first. If not then he happily steps in to help. "You're welcome Danny. Now get all the rest you can. Ii fear the biggest battle is yet to come." Elijah says and Hayden nods in agreement. "Indeed, Aron is growing angrier by the day and you need all your strength in order to over power him," Hayden says, moments later they leave. Leaving me with a sleepy Danny in my arms. Now I feel more confident that Danny is going to sleep well.
