A roundhouse kick flew towards my face. I dodged it narrowly and sent a punch her way. She grabbed my foot and flipped me on my back. On instinct, I maneuvered my body so I could put her in an arm bar. She twisted out my grip and stood up. When I got to my feet, she charged at me. A flurry of punches were sent my way, but I could barely keep up. One punch clipped me and I stumbled back. She wasted no time in kicking me in my stomach. The air left my lungs and before I even realized it, she flipped me on my back. Again. I groaned in pain."Ow, Jessie." She grinned and sat next to me. I pulled her on top of me, ignoring her squeals to let her go. My nose was buried in her neck as she giggled.
"That tickles, stop." I grinned mischievously. My lips attacked her jaw to her neck while she stared at me with lust in her eyes. I was up and near the door before she could recover.
"Alexa, you whore!" My laughs echoed down the hallway as she chased me. I turned a corner and almost bumped to Eli. I skidded to a full halt.
"Ms. Penton-" Just as he began, Jessie came around the corner and, like me, skidded to a stop.
"Can I see you in my office?" I nodded before replying.
"Yes sir." Eli fixed his suit and turned around, walking back to wherever he came from. Jessie nodded at me before leaving, not without planting a wet kiss on my mouth. I screwed up my face playfully.
"Ew." She rolled her eyes before telling me to shut up. I smacked her àss before leaving, loving the squeak I got from her. She was such a freak.
I stepped into Eli's office and took a seat. He pulled out a file and slid it over to me.
"Open it." I slowly flipped it open before staring at it in shock. His smirk was unnerving and the same as always.
"Do you know who that is?" I nodded
"Grey." A "hmm" resonated from his throat.
"He was your former Boss, am I correct?" I sounded with a yes.
"We have found that it was he who had you kidnapped. Businessmen like him gets his assassins from facilities like this. Usually, you don't kidnap assassins from the place you got them. And I take it personally when someone tries to harm one of mine. So, we're starting a war. Grey should have never messed with me. We will talk more in the planning room. You are dismissed." I stood up then walked out. Grey is one of the biggest businessmen in world. No doubt he has his own league of assassins. This is going to get crazy.
A large group of people sat around a circle table. Who were these people? Why haven't I met them before? A guy glanced my way before nodding his head me. I acknowledged him and turned my head to Jessie. She was talking to another woman who was laughing loudly. She turned her head towards me and smiled. The woman followed her gaze then put her hands on Jessie's shoulders, grabbing her attention. They started talking lowly, with Jessie and the woman glancing at me every five seconds. My mouth curled into a frown.
A loud slam on the table grabbed everyone's attention as Eli took his seat.
"I have summoned you all here because we have a problem. There is a loose ends that needs to be tied and unfortunately, this one is a bit complicated. He has a built an empire around his business and is virtually untouchable in the business world. But we are the best facility in America and his head will roll when we're done. Now, first things first, his profile." Eli clicked a remote and a screen rolled down with Grey picture on it.
"He is based in New York. His office building is massive so when this all over we are going to use it as a place for other operations. We don't know what his next move will be but we should be ready in case he does. I highly doubt he knows the location of this facility. Grey has associates spread over the nation. Each of us has a job to do. Hits will be coordinated constantly. We have an advantage on our side. Something Grey doesn't have." Eli glanced at me.
