Warning: Anorexia
As breakfast rolled around, I decided to pass. I had a potions essay due in right after and besides, I wasn't hungry. I passed by the mirror in my bathroom, just as I tied my tie when I saw my thighs in the bathroom mirror. They jiggled as I walked and my stomach curved slightly.
"I'm so fat." I silently whined, pulling the skin and the tissue and the fat into my palms as I continued to look at my thighs. "Fuck."
Lunch came around and I decided to skip. I could do with losing a few pounds as eating all of the beef stew and Cornish pasties wouldn't help.
Dinner came around and I didn't bother going. I wasn't hungry anyway. I had to finish getting my things together for my classes.
As morning rose, I slowly got up and threw my feet over the side of the bed. My head hurt like hell. I meandered over to the pice of parchment which I had stuck to the wall and put checked my eating schedule. I put the little '|' down to show another meal missed.

I sighed, the sight of my thighs made me feel sick. It must make George feel sick to look at me, too. Thoughts went round in my head. I only ate when I had too so I put a little '\' down to show when I last ate.

I lazily held the quill in my hand, barely able to keep my eyes open. It was now my fifth day straight without eating. I had been on my new 'diet' for a month and a bit now and I replaced the parchment every couple of weeks to make it look less suspicious. I drew the line and sighed.
Pulling my skirt up, I realised it no longer fit me. It fell limp around my waist and it hung onto the bones now protruding out of my hips. My shirt was the same. It was far too big and it pulled against every one of my visible ribs. I looked at myself, disgusted at the sigh of me. I was still so fat, no wonder George didn't want to spend time with me.
"Hey, Y/N." The familiar voice of my boyfriend called as I paced down the corridor. He ran his hand around my waist then pulled it away, quickly.
"Is everything okay, love?" I asked, confused at why he had taken his hand off me.
"You're waist...it's tiny! Are you okay?" His sweet voice swooned. I nodded my head, standing on my tip-toes to give him a small peck, which he didn't refuse. There was a sudden pain in my stomach and my head hurt so bad. George looked at me with a sad look. "Are you sure?" I promised everything was fine, which it was and he just commented on how late to class we both were.
I sighed in dismay, wishing I had my boyfriend in my class with me but he wasn't so he ran along to his class. The pain in my stomach worsened and my head felt light. Everything began spinning and I couldn't breathe. Black.
George's POV:
I yawned, throwing a note across the classroom at my brother, making him look at the the time. As soon as the clock struck, we were out of there. All the Gryffindor and Hufflepuff students raced out of the boring potions lesson and we all filed into the corridor.
"So then I said to her, find your own date." Lee's voice explained but I just kept walking ahead of my friends and brother. I turned the corner to find a large crowd of people gathered around something. I stepped forward to see Y/N passed out on the floor.
"Move!" I yelled, pushing people out of the way to get to my girlfriend. I pulled her into my lap and she was as light as anything. Oh no, I was right. I pulled up her sleeves to find her wrists at bone and I could feel her hip bones as I ran my hand along her body.
"Oh, shit, George." Fred called, catching up with me. We exchanged the same frightened look and we raced to the medical bay.
"Madam.Pomfre!" We Beth yelled, racing into the ward. She bustled our from behind a curtain to see what all the commotion was about.
"Oh dear, what happened?" She asked, taking the passed out Y/N from my arms and placing her into the table.
"She has been starving herself." I breathed out, mentally cursing myself for not noticing sooner. We were both turned away as the nurse did everything she could for my girlfriend.
The night was now gone and many had stopped by to ask how she was doing- even Pansy Parkinson of all people. I rested my head in my hands, rubbing my tired eyes and pulling back at my red locks. I looked down at the floor, not baring to take my eyes up.
"George." The familiar voice of Madam.Pomfrey chirped, making my head shoot up. She slowly sat in the chair next to me.
"Is she gonna be okay?" I nervously asked. There was a bleak smile on her face.
"Well," She began, trying to comfort me. "She is awake and you can see her but her starving herself for so long has put a huge strain on her body." My heart felt like it was stopping as the thought of losing Y/N made me want to die. "She should make a full recovery so long as she eats and drinks well. She will need lots of rest for a while and she is going to need all of your help."
...two years later...
"Y/N, love, come here." I called as she ran towards me. I gave her a massive hug and she sat next to me at the Gryffindor table. She pecked my cheek. "What are you having?" I asked, taking her plate, ready to fill it up with food. I noticed she had lost some weight again and I was really worried.
"I'm not hungry, thank." She replies, looking down at her hands. I dropped the plate and took her into a big hug.
"Please, love. Not again. I don't want a repeat of fifth year. I can't lose you." I whispered, rubbing her back lightly. She nodded and hugged me back.
"Chicken." She smiled, relief washing over me.
