I approached the Weasley's house carefully. I was really nervous about meeting Fred's family for the first time. We are both 5th year Gryffindors but his parents had only heard of me by name- nothing more.
My y/h/c hair was done up in beachy waves and I was wearing natural makeup that accentuated my nice features- like my eyes. I was wearing the classic 'little black dress' as we called it in the muggle world, one that wasn't at all fancy yet I wasn't at all underdressed. I had on a pair of black flats to complete the look.
I sighed deeply before knocking the door.
"Y/N, hi. You look really nice." Fred smiled. He kissed my cheek and welcomed me to his home. He took me through to the kitchen where everyone was sat, chatting away as Mrs.Weasley cooked dinner. "Guys, this is my girlfriend, Y/N L/N."
"Hello. It's nice to meet you all." I spoke. I was very small and Fred and George would always call me cute or adorable but it made me feel a bit out of place here. All his brothers were tall and handsome and his sister was very pretty and both his parents were shorter and slightly on the bigger side.
"Good evening, Y/N. I'm Bill, Fred's eldest brother." He introduces himself. "That's Percy." He pointed to a slender man with very short hair. "And that's Charlie but he lives away in Romania mostly. And that's Ron and Ginny but I'm sure you've already met them both." He smiled. They all came to say hello as I was seated down and brought into the conversation.
"So, how long have you known Fred?" Mrs.Weasley asked. I smiled at her as she glanced over. I told her I had known him since first year and that we were both into Quidditch and that we had a lot of classes together and we became good friends.
"What part of England are you from? You have a very distinctive accent." Percy mentioned, reading at the table.
"I'm from a small town just outside of Plymouth. First witch to be born there for almost a century according to this old woman who lived there."
     "Really? How would she know?"
"She went to Hogwarts, apparently. Some of the stuff she told me, you couldn't make it up, either. She told me about Voldemort and all his shenanigans and about the houses and the Slytherin/Gryffindor rivalry and so many things."
"Dinner is ready." Mr.Weasley interrupted, bringing us all to the table. Fred sat me next to him, holding my waist the entire time through dinner.
"So, Y/N. How old did you say you were?" Bill asked.
"I'm 17, so only seven months younger that Freddie but we are the same school year."
"Any plans for kids? Marriage? What you want to do after-"
"Woah, mum. But personal, don't you think. They're just kids." Charlie stopped his mum before she could divulge too much. I laughed.
"That depends on your son, Mrs.Weasley. I would like to go into magical archeology or something to do with caring for dragons."
"Three kids, two girls and a boy, maybe, or even four kids. Me and George are going to run our own business and Y/N can care for her dragons. We are gonna have our own little house, bigger that this one but not too big and we can have pets and we won't have to worry about money, ever."
"Yup, What Freddie said. But make it five kids, three girls two boys, and we are having like six dragons in the garden."
"So you want to go into dragon care?" Charlie asked.
    "I would love to, why?"
"I have my own dragon sanctuary in Romania and I could do with the help. I'd be more than willing to take you on. And plus, Romania is a lovely country and it's a great place for kids to grow up."
"Would you really, Charlie. Oh thank you so much."
"But wait, how could I run a shop with George and be with you?"
"Make your shop in Romania. The kids would love you guys." Charlie laughed. Fred looked at me and smiled. He kissed my cheek.
    "Anything for you, love."
