In this the events of Deathly Hallows are all the same only it was George who died not Fred.

The night rolled on. Each hour or so, there would be another cry, another knock at the door and then it was time to get up and start the day all over again.
"I don't know how your mom did it." I signed, getting back into bed next to my husband. He kissed me, us both tired.
"It doesn't last forever. Soon they will be grown up before you know it." He joked. I nodded into his chest.
We had six kids. George was 7, Hattie was 6, Millie was 4, the twins Lucy and Luka were 3 and Lillie was 1. And I was pregnant with another one.
"Mummy. Daddy." Fred and I sighed.
"I'll get it." Fred smiled, running to get the twins who where calling for us. He brought them back a minute later, them both reaching out for me. I tucked them into mine and my husband's bed and let them sleep.
By morning, we had four of our kids in our bed. I honestly don't know how me and Fred managed to have a seventh on the way.
"Mum, dad." I heard a voice call. A small hand patted my shoulder and my eyes slowly opened. I saw my adorable seven year old looking at me in his green and blue pyjamas. "We need to go to Granny and Grandpa's." Was all he said before he walked out, his teddy bear still in hand.
"Fred, please tell me you got your mom a present." I asked, balancing my youngest son on my left hip while trying to cook breakfast, with my youngest daughter, Lillie, crying in her high-chair, with Millie tugging at my shirt to do her hair. "Sweety, go ask your father." I smiled down at her. She nodded and ran off to Fred, sat down at the table reading the paper. "Fred, honey?" I asked him.
"Umm," he mumbled, sitting our daughter down and beginning to braid her hair.
"Fredrick Weasley!"
We apparated to the burrow, just in time, Ron and his family just appearing at the same time as us. He also appeared to have forgotten to get his mother a present as Hermione held what looked like a box of chocolates, something I knew my brother-in-law wouldn't buy her.
"Fred, Y/N, Ron, Hermione. It's so nice to see you all." Mrs.Weasley smiled as we entered her home. My children that could walk (being all but Lillie) immediately ran over to their grandmother and hugged her.
"Hi, Granny." They all cheered. She greeted each of them and took Lillie from my arms once they had all gone off to see their cousins.
"How have things been with you two?" She asked me and my husband as we walked through the house with her to the garden, where all the other Weasleys were sat, socialising. I rubbed my stomach and rolled my eyes.
"We are just meeting your number and we are severely outnumbered." She laughed. "You know, we woke up this morning with four out of the six in our bed," she was trying to hold back her sniggers, "I mean, that's crazy, right? Soon, it's going to be me and Freddie on the floor." My mother-in-law got a nice chuckle out of that. She rubbed my shoulder and replied,
"Trust me, when you see them grow up, you will wish that you were back with them in your bed."
"I'll hold you to that."
The day was entertaining. Hearing Charlie's stories of Romania and the lives and problems of all my family and the politics of the world from Bill and Harry was eventful but I couldn't help but feel ill. My stomach ached. Fred kept asking me if I was okay until I couldn't take the pain any longer. I got up and excused myself indoors. That's when things started to go down hill.
I clutched my stomach feeling wetness dropping down my legs. Shit. My water broke. I almost fell against the couch in pain, gripping onto the sides for support.
"Oh my lord, Y/N." Ginny called, rushing to my aid. "Mum, Help." She yelled, alerting everyone outside that there was a problem. "Her waters broken." She explained as everyone rushed in.
"She's only eight months, that's bad, right?" My husband worried, taking my hand. I kept my head down and focused in my breathing. "Mum, is she okay?" Fred asked, looking at his mother. She nodded.
"C'mon, Y/N, lets get you upstairs. Looks like your little one wants to make an appearance early." She laughed, helping me up along with Ginny, Hermione and Fleur.
You could hear my screaming downstairs- scratch that, you could probably hear it in the muggle world. After six kids, it wasn't any easier to deliver and you never got used to the pain. I knew Fred would be pacing and everyone was listening. And then there was silence.
"Fred," his mother appeared, bloody and emotionless. Immediately, he could tell something was wrong. He stood up and watched as his mother approached him, placing a hand on his shoulder, "I'm so sorry." Her eyes were filled with tears. "Y/N didn't make it." She stated. Her words brought her son stumbling back. He shook his head in disbelief.
"No, no. Y/N, she can't be. Mum, I- I." He burst into tears. "She's gone. First George and now her." He cried, his hands on his head. "What about-"
"Hermione, Ginny, Fleur." His mother called, summoning the three women. Hermione and Ginny both carried a baby in their arms and Fleur held the necklace that once adorned Fred's beloved wife's neck. "It's twin girls, Love." She smiled. Fred looked up at his sister and took the baby out of her arms and did the same for Hermione.
"They have Y/N's eyes." Was all he could say, cradling his baby girls in his arms. "She said she wanted to call a girl Evanna," he smiled, looking up at his family members, "she said that it means peaceful in Greek." He laughed. "Guess it's irony."
"Evanna Weasley." Ginny smiled, stroking her nice's cheek. "What about the other little one? Are you going to call her Y/N?" She asked. Fred shook his head.
"Alsie. It means strong-willed in Greek. Umm, Y/N, she was half Greek and she always wanted to call a daughter Alsie."
"Welcome to the world, Evanna and Alsie." Mrs.Weasley smiled, stroking her new gran daughters' cheeks.
