When Tessa woke up the next morning, she felt something heavy resting on stomach. She blinked a few times and looked down and tried not to smile. Will's head was laying on her stomach, his arms around her, his eyes shut softly. He looked so soft and sweet when he slept, so unlike what he was like when he was awake. Tessa carefully wiggled out of his embrace, without waking him, got changed and walked downstairs. Isabelle, Cecily and Clary were all in the kitchen along with a few other girls. She sat down next to Cecily and greeted everyone. Once the other girls left, she spoke up.

"Will's in my bed upstairs." Tessa blurted out. Damn it, that sounded bad.

"What?" Clary echoed.

"We didn't do anything!" Tessa replied quickly. "He came to my room last night at like one in the morning. He was drunk and high so he had to stay the night."

"Why did he come to you, though?" Isabelle asked, intrigued.

Tessa opened her mouth and then closed it. Why had Will come to her last night? She hadn't even thought about that. Her thoughts were interrupted when Will himself came walking into the kitchen. Even half awake, he still looked breathtaking. It simply wasn't fair how he was able to do that.

"Good morning, William." Cecily said to her brother.

He only grunted and grabbed Isabelle's coffee from her hand and took a big gulp.

"Hey, don't drink all of my coffee!" Isabelle exclaimed, grabbing the mug back.

Will only smirked at her, mischievously, and then his eyes turned to Tessa. She stared back at him, trying to read what he was thinking but she could get nothing. She didn't know how he could do that - completely wipe his emotions off of his face. What did he want from her? Only sex? That was what she guessed, but then why had stopped last night? She had so many questions but no answers. Suddenly Clary gasped.

"We're going to miss class!" She exclaimed.

Cecily swore and quickly ran off to her bedroom, Tessa guessed.

"We should go." Tessa looked at Will.

"Alright." He sighed. "Let's go."

They both walked outside and got into Tessa's car, neither of them saying a word. As Tessa began driving, the awkward tension between them could have been cut with a knife. It was odd to be talking to him again after three weeks of no contact between them.

"Why did you come here last night?" She suddenly blurted out. Nice one, Tessa, she thought.

"I can't remember." Will replied simply.

"Don't lie." Tessa told him. "You never forget anything."

"I missed you." He mumbled quietly, but Tessa caught every word.

His words caused her to swell with happiness and Tessa bit back a smile. So he had missed her.

"Did you miss me?" She could hear the amusement in his voice.

"Yes." Tessa admitted. "I'm not sure why, since all we do is fight."

"That's not all we do. We get along, sometimes." Will said to her. "We talk about books."

"I'm re reading 'Wuthering Heights'" Tessa couldn't help but say.

Will sighed. "I will never understand your obsession with that book."

She scoffed. "Are you joking? It's the greatest book of all time. Catherine Earnshaw and Heathcliff are literary icons."

"I just can't understand why Catherine would stay with Edgar when she knew that Heathcliff loved her. It makes no sense." Will replied.

Tessa bit back a smile. Will said this every time they spoke about "Wuthering Heights" and every time she said:

"Because she was already married to Edgar and she felt obligated to stay with him. Plus, what would everyone think of her if she left him to be with Heathcliff?"

Will shook his head. "Catherine was a pussy and so was Edgar. If he really loved her, he wouldn't have let her marry Edgar in the first place. He would have told her how he felt in the beginning."

"If that had happened then there would have been no story." Tessa looked at him sideways, amused.

The corners of his lips twitched up in amusement. "That's very true."

They arrived at their college a few minutes, and they then debated about "Great Expectations" all the way until they took their seats in class. It was times like these when Tessa felt herself fall even deeper in love with Will. She realized how much she had missed him during those three weeks and she couldn't help but smile every time she looked at him.

Oh, Will, she thought to herself. If only you knew how much I adore you.

"No, no, no, Mr. Darcy was made for Elizabeth." Tessa spoke heatedly.

Will resisted the urge to smile as Tessa drove down the road. She was driving him home after class, and they were now debating "Pride & Prejudice". Will had said that Mr. Darcy and Elizabeth didn't make a good couple - which was a complete lie, he knew, but he liked to say these things to Tessa. He found it incredibly cute when she become so frustrated with his arguments and the way she would go off on a tangent, explaining how he was wrong. Will swore he could just sit there and listen to her tell him off for days.

"And why is that?" He asked her.

"Because Elizabeth was the only woman that actually challenged Darcy and he liked that. She made him want to change for her and he did." Tessa replied quickly.

Will couldn't help but compare Darcy and Elizabeth to him and Tessa. Tessa made him want to change for her. Maybe he could...

"I feel like you only say stuff like that to get a rise out of me." She accused, shooting him a glare.

He laughed. "Why do you think that?"

"Because even an idiot knows that Darcy and Elizabeth belonged together." Tessa replied.

Will smirked at her. "It's quite entertaining to watch you go off on a rant." And cute.

She huffed. "I hate how you know how to make me annoyed."

"It's a talent." He grinned mischievously at her.

Tessa only rolled her eyes and soon she was parking in front of Will's frat house. She turned to look at him, expectantly, and Will suddenly realized that he didn't want to get out of the car. He enjoyed talking about books with Tessa more than he cared to admit and he didn't want to say goodbye yet.

"Do you want to-"

Will was cut off by Tessa's phone buzzing in the cup holder. His eyes automatically looked at the screen to see that it was from Sebastian asking if she wanted to go out for coffee. Immediately, Will scowled, irritation swelling through him.

"What?" Tessa asked.

"Nothing." He muttered. "Thanks for the ride."

Will then got out and shut the door, storming into the large mansion. Leaving Tessa more confused than ever.
