Third person's POV:
Nian let out another growl as he lunched at the woman dressed in black. The only thing restraining him till now was the fact that they thought she was Adam's mother but now it was a different matter of erasing the existence of this bitch who firstly barged into their territory,secondly threatened their mate and thirdly interrupted this beautiful wedding.
The woman laughed as she dodged Nian and laughed as she started firing at him. There was a sudden uproar in the city. The ground shook angrily. Everyone was on alert mode. Shawn's sister finally let out a painful scream making Adam wince from the emotion it hid.
"T-The city! They are bombarding the city! The barrier has been broken by one of us!Traitors!" She screamed hysterically as her eyes turned white and she abruptly burst in a ball of energy. A red mist enveloped her body as her fangs elongated.
"I will protect the city. Shawn,I'll here to you." She ordered as she disappeared.
" Adam. Listen to me,"the vampire King said,cupping his lover's face and gazing gently into his eyes,"I have to help exterminate the pests. Please get back with Tyler and Nat inside our room. It's the safest place. Don't open the door to anyone okay?"
Adam wanted to say no but his lover would have none of that.
Tyler quickly grabbed Adam's hand. "Come on. It's getting too crazy here!"
They both rushed out from there under Damian's protection. Nathaniel had to be knocked unconscious as he just wouldn't leave Nian. Tyler carried him on his back as they left the dangerous place. As the vampire King and Damien turned to look around,an army of bloodthirsty vampires glared at them. They were the same vampire citizens that had somewhat gone missing since some years. They left no trace behind so most people thought they had just gone outside for some fun and come back in a decade or so but here they were with this zombified expression,drooling mouths and razor teeth. They had become repulsive monsters. Gruesome existence in the hands of man.
"That's the reason vampires don't like to associate to humans. Because the likes of you. Look at what you have done to my people. They were normal vampires just like human beings with families,now they are void of all these emotions. You disgusting creature."Vlad spat at the woman. Nian had to deal with a crowd of hungry vampire zombies and he couldn't afford to kill them. Surely they would find a way to treat them later. Return them to the way they were. His heart crushed when he saw a boy,not older than a few decades. The boy with his once innocent features turned into a purple eyes,void monster.
How could anyone do this?
Damien lunged at the crowd of vampires and found some other species as well. Werewolf and even fairies were amongst the zombified crowd. He started gathering energy to make a barrier large and strong enough to contain the zombies.
Vlad chased after the woman. The pile of blond hair was torn as he grabbed the bitch who was running on the roof. She screamed as she shot special bullets towards the vampire King. It was too easy to dodge. He was going to catch her alive and personally torture her,slowly and carefully,maybe even inviting Luc and Damien.
The city was in a bloodfilled pandemonium. Screamed and horrifying sounds filled the air with the nauseating stench of blood. Fire alarms rang in the city as some magic users helped to contain the fire.
The battle between Vlad and the woman who had been the cause of his beloved one's sufferings was nearing to an end. It had never been a battle to begin with,just a playtime for the vampire King. What was the woman thinking taking him on? Did she think a mere human could even put a scratch on him? Well only his mate could that and he did during their heated sessions.
"What,don't tell me that's all you get. Some guns and some vampire killing drugs? They don't even work on me." Shawn smirked as he walked towards the blond woman,covered in blood,clothes tattered and still vomiting blood.
"Haha! Argh! You sure your little bitch is fine? My time is almost up and so is his!" Saying that she suddenly exploded. She had already attached a bomb on her since the beginning. This was all a suicide attack. Shawn's mind was trying to figure out their plan. They already knew that this would never work. Nian,Damien ,his sister and himself were far too strong for them. Shawn was sure his mate would be fine but his heart and his memories told him something else. Damien had been successful in putting a barrier,knocking out the zombies. The zombies had bitten a lot of the city's residents and contaminated them. Half of the city had been zombified but everything was coming back to it's place. The vampire hunter's either dead or captured and sent to torture rooms. Luc had appeared and started working out solutions on how to turn the zombies back.
Ralph could come up with a potion of something.(characters from Satan is my mate)
Shawn rushed inside to find his mate but then he scent something. Something dark and impure,like the smell dead corpses after days of decay. He ran in the corridor leading to his room,his mind blanking out,his blood boiling,his heart racing as what could happen to his mate. This could not happen again. He just prayed that he was on time. Dead bodies lay on the floor; both his guards and zombies.
When he reached home room,what he saw shook him but he sighed as he jumped into his mate's arm. Nian was being squeezed in Nathaniel's embrace,Tyler grumbled for being left out and as for the sixth person inside the room, no one seemed to know him. Shawn,after having rained kisses on his lover turned and bowed down,greeting the handsome man.
"It's been a while father. How many centuries have gone by since then?"
