You're badly hurt

Jace: You're powers were taken. Just like Magnus, you gave up your powers for the one you love. Once you lost them, you were never able to get them back. Although you loved Jace and you loved the idea of growing old with him, it took a strong mental toll on you. So much that you... you purposely went out to be hurt. You were beaten by a few downworlders and ended up with a broken arm.

Alec: During your first encounter with Johnathan, you were thrown off by his connection to Clary. You were distracted by Clary's screams so he managed to dig a blade soaked with poison onto your stomach. You spent over a week in the infirmary, unconscious and fighting off the poison. Alec spent every second he could next to you bed holding your hand. When you woke up, Alec engulfed you in a hug. He had missed you.

Simon: You weren't supposed to know about the Shadow world. But you were taken bu the vampires with Simon. You weren't drained as much as Simon, which meant that you ended up in a coma. They managed to give you a blood transfusion, which is why you ended up in a coma. When Simon found out he never left your bedside.

Magnus: Magnus didn't want you to fight Valentine. It was as if he knew. It wasn't until Clary and Jace jumped through the portal carrying your limp body that his suspicions were confirmed. You ended up in the infirmary with Magnus doing everything he could to save you. He managed to save you and instantly wrapped you in a tight hug as soon as you woke up.

Raphael: The clan had begun to hate you. One night, Raphael had gone to a meeting and you were left at the DuMort alone. The vampires ganged up on you and beat you to a pulp. When Raphael got home, he was NOT happy.
