Sorry I havent updated at all recently. I have been having some major problems with my mental health which have left me to afraid to do anything. I currently cannot leave my house alone and even start to panic in my own home. So my life is currently hell as even the one place I used to feel calm and safe is suffocating and makes me panicky.
I probably won't update for a while as I currently have no help for my severe anxiety. The NHS are slow so it will probably be a while before I get my mind under control. Until then I'm sorry.
