the past 4 years of life had been so difficult.my dad didn't agree with our decision to attempt the relationship long distance.after 4 long years all the difficulties were about to end.noah was supposed to come back in about a week and i was kinda unsure if we could reconnect. for his first two years of college he visited every chance he got but the last two years he came back twice and left on a vacation both times not even saying hi to me.we frequently text as usual and lots of video chatting but we hadn't seen each other in person in two whole freaking years.i was so nervous i decided to be honest with him.

TEXT MESSAGE

elle-i need to talk to you about us i think we might need to end it

noah-what the hell are you talking about whats wrong shelly

elle-we havent seen eachother in two years in person i don't know if we can reconnect i mean like its bothered me for the past two years why you haven't came to see me once in the past two years and i never knew why

noah-you wanna know why

elle-yah 

noah-because its to hard to say good bye and the less i visit the faster i come back.

elle-is that seriously why

noah-yah

elle-that's a dumb reason i mean i understand but come on noah well lets put this behind us ok see you soon

i'm glad i could clear that up with him i couldn't believe that's why i had been worried for two years but it was all good now.in the past 4 years i did a lot with my life despite me and noah's problems.i had made a career in photography so i didn't go to college but i was gonna go with noah to a school in bakers field so we could both get a associate in photography.noah decided he wanted to do photography while he was at school and that's when we planned to do it together so i got a kick start on it and when noah comes back and we finish getting the degree we want i will be known and noah can piggy back off of that.we have a lot of plans for life.

i had been sitting in noahs and mines room when lee asked if i wanted to go swimming so i quickly ran and threw my bathing suit on and went to the balcony and jumped into the pool with lee.after taking a breath i heard lee"so you excited for noah to come back" "of course i am why wouldn't i"i said confused."because he told me about your conversation this morning and i know you guys have plans for bakersfield and..." i stopped him before he could finish"me and noah are fine i was just having a moment of doubt that's all i couldn't be more excited for him to come home" i said reassuring him."well okay then what about bakersfield"he said "what about it" i said" what the plan with that" he said sounding curious"well we will be there for about a year maybe two if we decide to get a bachelors but it depends and when he gets here were gonna go visit to get the apartment set up" i said positively.he smiled and dove under the water.
