"noah we have to pick someone to go with them"i look at him hes staring strait ahead."or you can go with them id prefer that".he reaches his right hand to mine that rests on my leg"elle i don't want to leave you" i realise that at this point after evelyn he needs to go with them because ill be fine"noah i think you should go with them they'll need you more than i will all there doing to me is stitching me up i want them to have there father there gonna be in a lot of danger right after so you need to be there to make the decisions as fast as possible"."ok"i let out  a breath "ok enough with the heavy so i know its not ideal but we still have nursery stuff to do after i get out we have to do that stuff so lets talk the nursery stuff".me and noah had moved into  a new house an organization reached out to us offering us financial help and other types of help.there help allowed us to get a new house a 5 bedroom home so the kids each have there own room.we decided to do separate nurseries just because evelyn is almost 8 months old so with in a year all the kids will have there own room anyway and we wanted separate themes for each of them.

we had already decorated the nurseries we just had to do some shopping still we werent worried about it too much because we knew we had after there were born to do it.

we pulled up to the hospital and noah dropped me off at the front while he parked.after 5 minutes or so noah was still parking so i started kicking the bags towards a bench so i could sit.i would have picked them up but i couldnt reach."woah let me help you" i heard from behind me i turned and was surprised the guy looked really shocked it was tuppen.i was really surprised because last i heard he left the country "hi uhhh thank you" "elle is that you""yup the one and only evans""you and flynn having another one" i laugh uncomfortably again "umm were having another 3 actually" "oh wow well congrats" "so what are you doing here""oh um im a sponsor so im looking for clients" "how does that work""umm i meet with parents and and me and my company can choose to sponsor them in exchange for different things""wow thats really cool""would you and noah want to fo that" i was surprised by what he said it didnt seem like a bad idea though"umm i can ask noah hes parking were scheduled for 10:30 so..""your due today""yah c section""where your little girl" i pointed to the hospital he looked confused"she had some really severe complications and she hasnt left yet but we get to take her when we take the triplets""oh wow im sorry about that" before i say anything noah come up behind me and starts grabbing the bags he stops when he sees its him"oh shit hi tuppen whats man what are you doing here" noah says sounding really surprised"i do sponsorships and i was talking to elle and my company would love to work with you guys" noah looked at me i gave him the stall the conversation look"umm we got to get checked in and do some stuff before the surgery but we can meet with you after the surgery maybe like 2-2:30 after elle is conscious and what not" "yah yah ill see you then".noah continued to pick up the bags and we walk inside and get all the boring stuff done.
