Theif and Snitch

Just as i thought me and daniel were getting somewhere, just as i thought that we were gonna beable to work this out, Danny gets arrested. Literaly hes sitting in jail and we didn't have the fucking money to bail him out. Hes been there for like 3 weeks now and there was nothing we could do. His bail is too high. I been working with Papis lawyer but they said there's nothing they can do 

I had gone to his baby mamas house to make sure she was alright. She was stressing out too much,she wasnt worried about him, she was worried about her child. She was literaly about to pop. "Hes gonna miss the birth of his own daughter over this stupid fucking shit" she said. I just nodded and helped her in any way i could.

He was being charged for a crime i know he didnt fucking commit, but it was looking like he was gonna have to plead guilty in order to get home. I spoke to him on the phone and he said he could be there for a few more months while he was waiting on a court date.

Markus was trying his hardest to scrape his bail bond together but he didnt have the money. It was too late in the month to spend any of it. The thing that was anoyong me most is that i know the girl lied about her age but that makes no difference.

"Hay, you holding up?" I asked Danny though the phone. He looked down. "Hay look at me" i said. He picked his head up, he had bruises on his face and then he looked away. The glass that seperated us was killing me right now.

"Im a'ite, they dont take well to child molesters here" he said, he had sadness and anger in his voice.

"Look  me and Markus are working on alot of the money alright, we're gonna get you outta this place. I promise" i said, my heart was beating fast, i felt like crying. I felt like i was letting him down by not helping him more.

"Is Sara ok?" He asked. I nodded. "Are you ok?" He asked.

"Im gonna be once you're home. I miss you" i said being honest with him.

"I miss you too, imma be home real soon yeah. Dont worry about me. Just worry about keeping Markus from doing anything stupid" He smiled. I smiled too.

"Are you gonna take the deal?" I asked.

"Im gonna have too, i cant do 15 years in this bitch, i know that i gotta plead guilty tho, but i didn't do this shit Sineta, the kid lied to me and everyone else. How was i suposed to know. I never touched her the way they're saying" He said panicking, i could see the look in his eyes. He was scared.

"Calm down a'ite i know this, i believe you. You do what you gotta do to get back home yeah." I said to him. He nodded as the buzzer went for time.

I got up and walked out holding back tears. Seeing him like that was painful. I was scared for him.

I walked in the front door and Markus was sitting looking like he was about to kill someone. He was cleaning his glock and breathing heavy.

"Whats wrong?" I asked. Markus lookes at me. He had anger written all over his face. He was scary looking.

"That party Tekashi was at. Theif was the one that told Tank to go. He knew what would be going down there, he fuckin' set them up." Markus said. I shook my head. Thats got to be a joke right.

"Nah he, he wouldn't do that, thats not something Theif would do Markus." I said defending him. Markus pushed himself up. The chair made me jumped as it scraped off the floor.

"Sineta you might trust theif, since hes been there for you but he isnt the person you see him as. He did this out of spite. Hes fucked all ofnus over in the process." Markus said. I shook my head.

I refused to believe that Theif wpuld be that twisted. He would never hurt me like that... would he?

"Im sorry sis. But we dont turn our back on our own, he knew the consequences of doing this. He brought this on himself." Markus said.

"What? No you cant do that. You aint got the orders." I said.

"Youre wrong Sineta. Papi already told us he goes. He never liked the fucker anyway" he said looking at me.

"I wont let you. Please Markus let me speak to him first. Please. I need to know why before you do anything" I begged. Markus may be my little brother. But by 11 months. Markus made his own rules, and although this was my set, Markus ran the street shit. I was just the suplier, i handled the money and did rounds.  I wasn't like Markus  i didnt have bodys on my hands. Not ones i didnt have to drop.

"Im not puting you in a position to get used for bait Sineta. He fucked up. 5 of our guys are in prison. Including Tekashi. We aint rolling with no rats out here." He almost shouted at me.

"Then i do it" i said. Markus shook his head.

"No" he said flatly.

"Yes. If anyone should take him out it would should be me. He trusts me." I said. He thought for a second before sighing.

"You gotta bring me proof Sineta. He wont get away with this" Markus said. I nodded

"Do what you gotta do and dont fuck this up." He said handing me a glock. I looked at it before taking it from him and leaving the house.
