Betrayal

Kazuko's POV

"Since that day, my grandfather protected me and taught me how to fight to not let anybody hurt me, he also explained to me why people hate demons and why my parents abandoned me". "Humans are heartless, so giving your daughter didn't impressed me a lot" I clenched my fists in anger. "THEY ARE THE MONSTERS NOT US!!!!" I yelled and walked away, out of the house, trying to clear my mind from such scene I did.

Normal POV

"Please forgive her attitude" Inuyasha said. "It's ok Inuyasha" Kagome said. "Its just... I never expected that her parents would be humans" Inuyasha said. "Neither I, how is that even possible? Both were humans and her grandfather was the demon one?... his blood was on her and not on her father" Miroku said. "And she expressed clearly her hatred toward humans" the woman said. "Don't feel bad about it, you thought it was the best option to save the village, it's not your fault he lied to you" Kagome said. "But I'm the one that agreed in giving him Shiori, I never suspected he would betray us!!!" she yelled. "She's right... we are heartless, we treat half demons so cruel... Shiori doesn't deserve me as a mother" tears fell from her face. "Don't blame yourself for this, Kazuko has been dealing with this all her life and remembering her past must be horrible for her, after all, she suffered more than I" Inuyasha said. "But you guys were bullied by people-" Kagome was interrupted by him. "But I had my mother to support me, Kazuko was never supported by her parents, she could only meet her grandfather for a short time and then live by herself".

With Kazuko

She was sitting on the ground close to the sight of the moon.

"Man what a day..." Kazuko laid her back on the ground. Natsuki appeared on her side. "Kazuko, how are you feeling?" she asked. "I feel like I'm going to explode!!" she groaned. "It must been so hard to live like a half demon" she said sitting next to her. "Yes it was" she closed her eyes. "You know, I think I can understand how you feel" Natsuki looked at the moon.

Kazuko made an eyebrow. "What do you mean?" she asked. "Maybe I don't know how it feels to lose your family... but I know how it is to feel lonely" she smiled kindly. Kazuko's eyes twitched and she sat back. "My parents were traveling most of the time, remember you said you were inside of me this whole time? You must remember the times I was alone".

Moments from Natsuki's memories flashed through Kazuko's mind, seeing a little girl crying on her room and at school with no one on her side, those moments she couldn't help her because she was only a spirit. "I had no friends at school because everybody hate me for no reason..." she sighed. "You see? We are not that different" she looked at her. She touched her hand. "I think that's why we were destinated to be together" she smiled again which make Kazuko smile too.

Some weirds noises were heard on Kazuko's ears. "Is something wrong?" Natsuki asked. Kazuko turned to he sky and saw a bunch of creatures going to the village. "THOSE ARE THE BAT MEN!!!! AND THEY ARE GOING TO ATTACK THE VILLAGE!!!!" Kazuko started to run to the village hoping to arrive soon before they start destroying everything.

Later...

She was in the village but the demons were already looking the civilians. She noticed one of them carrying a civilian. "NOT SO FAST!!!!" she used her claws to cut him letting the civilian go. "Thanks" he whispered. "Don't mention it, now go!!!" she pointed at him to leave and he did. "Hey you piece of shit, wanna fight?" she got in fighting position. "Ugh you are annoying!!!" he sent some of his demons to her, she tried to attack them but they were too much for herself.

Suddenly, an arrow appeared and shoot them. "KAZUKO!!!!" Kagome yelled while running with Inuyasha, Miroku, Haachi (remember the raccoon?) and Shippo towards her. "They are a lot of them" Inuyasha whispered. "We would never finish with them" Kazuko said worriedly. "LET ME HANDLE THIS!!!!" Sango yelled floating to them with Kirara. She threw her boomerang destroying some of the demons and reaching Taigokumaru but it didn't cause him any injury since he was protected by Shiori.

"YOU FOOLS!!!" Taigokumaru yelled. "We're on disadvantage guys, while Shiori is with him, I can't use the hole in my hand to trap him" Miroku said in desperation. "What's wrong? You can't attack me??" he chuckled and laughed victoriously.

"Man! How I wish to kick his big fat and ugly ass!!!" Kazuko thought.

"Help us please!!" they turned around and noticed he villagers on their knees. "Please do something!!!! They are killing us!!!" they yelled. Kazuko huffed. "You don't need to say it, I'm not leaving until I destroy that piece of shit" Kazuko turned to look at Shiori. "But first I will rescue Shiori".

"You can't continue with that!!" one yelled. "Besides, Shiori is protecting them!!!" another yelled. Kazuko looked at them, kinda shocked. "Are you asking me to kill both?" she asked. The villagers seemed unsure of it but then agreed. "Shiori is the daughter of a demon".

Omg this pissed Kazuko off a lot. Kazuko punched them in the head. "YOU GUYS ARE SO SELFISH!!!! IF YOU WERE BORN LIKE THIS THEN YOU DESERVE TO DIE!!!! YOU GAVE SHIORI TO PROTECT THE VILLAGE EVEN IF IT WAS PAINFUL FOR HER TO BE SEPARATED FROM HER MOTHER!!!!! YOU CRUEL HEARTLESS PIECES OF SHIT!!!!" she yelled. "Maybe I should be the one teaching you a lesson" she showed her claws. "This is the kind of people that Inuyasha and Kazuko hate, right Miroku?" Sango pointed out. Miroku nodded. "Yes, since this people used to treat them the same way".

"You heard that Shiori!?!?!" Kazuko yelled. "What decision are you going to take?" she asked. Shiori looked at her confused. "If you decide to go back with them, then it would be just a nonsense!! Even that, are you still planning to go back?" she yelled. "That woman... she came with mommy today..." she thought. "Don't worry Shiori, I'm going to help you choose". "You are going to help her?" Taigokumaru asked. "FOOL!!!!" he laughed.

He threw the attack, you know from his mouth, to them. Kazuko jumped away from there with Inuyasha and the others. "Human, you are half demon, I can notice it" he said. "So what?" she said. "You feel pity for my granddaughter, you are willing to risk your life in order to help her right?" Kazuko chuckled. "And what if I do?". "Besides, I dont like big fat liars like you".

"Half demon? She is like me?" Shiori thought. "Shiori you must decide!!!" Kazuko yelled. Shiori was starting to feel upset.

Inuyasha tried to attack but his sword was refused by the shield. "Damn it!" Kazuko thought. The same attack from Taigokumaru was seen in all the bat me , oh god... "GUYS RUN!!!!" Kazuko yelled and started to run. The village ended completely destroyed and Taigokumaru was planning to kill what was left from the village. "TAIGOKUMARU!!!!" the same woman yelled. "Taigokumaru please don't continue with this, when your son Tsukuyomaru ruled, there was peace and harmony, and that's because my lord protected it, he wanted me and his daughter to live with no suffering, that's why he ordered do not attack us... I beg you, please don't do this to the feeling Tsukuyomaru left before he died".

"Wat are you saying-? The feeling my son left before he died?!?" he repeated. He laughed. "Tsukuyomaru, he was a fool for falling in love with a human, he commended his death to a horrible way" the woman was confused. "W-What do you mean?" she asked. "You were right, Tsukuyomaru was protecting your village and since we didn't respected his orders, he said he would abandon his mission as our guardian and never see us again, that's why..." he didn't finished. "That's why what?" she demanded.

Kazuko started to shake. "D-Don't tell me y-you... were able to betray your own son?" she asked, he laughed. "Yes, I am the one who sent to him to his death... and while I had Shiori with me, I wouldn't need him anymore..."

Kazuko started to feel anger again. "I WILL NEVER FORGIVE YOU FOR THIS!!!!!"
