HALOS MAWALAN NA ng hininga niya si Grendelyn nang makarating sila sa nurses' station.

"Miss, excuse, nasaan ang kwarto ni Hannes Lane?"

"Room 545, floor 15, maam."

Agad na tumakbo siya sa elevator. Narinig niyang nagpasalamat si Jesper sa nurse bago ito sumumod sa kanya.

Wala silang imikan nang nasa elevator sila at laking pasalamat niya dahil sila lang ang nasa loob ng elevator.

Nang makarating sa floor kung saan naroon nag room assignment ng kapatid niya at agad na hinanap kung nasaan iyon.

"Gren its here," Jesper called her and pointed the direction where the room is.

She nod and go to him. Jesper knock gently before opening the door for them.

She saw her parents with Hannes on the bed as they were looking at them when they entered.

She rushed next to Hannes and hug her tight, as she started crying. Hannes laugh lightly and caress her back, soothing her.

"Shh, its okay. I'm okay," Hannes said and hug her back.

Tiningnan niya ito. Namumutla ito at saka ang laki ng ipinagbago ng aura nito at kahit mapayat na ito ay lalong pumayat ito.

"O-okay? I-iyan, okay? Look at you!" she said, cannot control the volume of her voice that Hannes just laugh it off gently.

"Anak, sabihin mo na kay Grendelyn. Alam mo naman yan, hindi titigil," ani ng Daddy nila kaya napatingin siya dito.

"What? Bakit, anong meron?" tanong niya at saka muling tiningnan si Hannes.

Hannes smile and look down before looking up to her again. Hannes held her hand and caress it. "I-I'm five weeks pregnant, Gren."

Grendelyn lost words as soon as she heard it. Her lips parted and wanted to say something but she can't.

Hindi niya alam kung masisiyahan siya o magagalit dito pero at that point, she don't know what to feel.

"H-how... how did t-that happened?"

Hannes sigh deep and look unto their parents. "Mom, Dad, can you give us some time alone?"

"Sige, anak. Sa labas na muna kami," sagot ng Mommy nila at saka lumabas sila kasama si Jesper.

Nanghihinang napaupo siya sa gilid ng hospital bed nang silang dalawa na lang. Ginanap nito ang kamay niya kaya napaangat ang tingin niya rito.

"I'm s-sorry, Gren. Sorry kasi I hided it."

"But why?"

Hannes sigh and look away from her eyes to the window. "I-I lost words when I saw how happy you are. I don't want to ruin that, but I know in myself that you should know about it. Naghahanap lang ako ng right time, and that night when Mommy and Daddy arrived with Hermaine, doon ko sana sasabihin na hindi nangyari kaya, ayon."

"And you chose to stay away."

Hannes sigh again. "Ayoko lang ng gulo. I guess I was being insensitive. I'm sorry."

Grendelyn sigh as well. "So, would you care to tell me who's the father?"

"You know who."

As soon as she realise who her sister is referring to, her eyes went big.

No way? Si Kuya Rayver?

"Yes, its Rayver," Hannes said softly and sigh as if she heard what her mind said.
