Zanders new master

PERCY POV

Me and Ky walked/slithered down to the 3rd floor girls bathroom. I ignored the weirdness of being in the girls bathroom and entered.

Open. She hissed. Suddenly, one of the bathroom sinks sank in a open grate in the floor. When it had completely sunk into the ground, a very long, slide type ramp was revealed.

:you have got to be kidding me: Ky looked up innocently.

Nope, it might be easier if you become longclaws. Your less likely to get petrified this way. Petrified! Just great. I focused on 'channelling my inner wolf' as McGonigal said. After a few seconds i was in my form as longclaws. The first time i changed i was super clumsy, but now i could move, and more importantly fly, with ease.

:lets go: i was still confounded by how i could speak parsletongue in animagus form as Harry couldn't. Then again i could speak normally in this form. Probably a demi-god perk.

Me and Ky slid our way down into the chamber. After navigating the many paths and corridors we made our way to a large statue of the head of who i assumed to be Salizar Slitherin.

Slitherin calls you to open. The jaw of the head dropped down, and a large snake emerged. I was careful to look anywhere but it's eyes.

Ky, who is this? Is this the demi-god you speak so fondly of? His tones were much nicer than i imagined. He sounded like quite a young snake, despite the knowledge that he was thousands of years old.

Yes, he is. Percy, why don't you change back? I changed back into my normal self and Zander stared at me with two large yellow eyes.

:hello Zander, my names Percy Jackson, it is an honour to meet you. Ky speaks of you highly: Zander did a snakeish smile, then lowered his head to my level.

I suppose Ky has told you of my offer, well more of a preposition really. I nodded.

I, Zander Slitherin, familiar of Salazar Slitherin, do pledge myself in a blood bond to the son of Poseidon, Perseus Achilles Jackson. A yellow light engulfed the snake and made it's way towards me.

Whatever i said it seemed to work. A searing pain racked my body. When the pain stopped i looked to Zander and was shocked. His eyes were green.

It seems to have worked. What is your first wish master? Oh no, not another Blackjack.

:please call me Percy, master makes me feel weird. You can roam the forest as long as students don't see you. Apart from that, have fun: Zander nodded gratefully and slithered off through the pipes.

Wow Percy, you are now the proud owner a Basilisk. On of the most powerful Basilisks too. Ky said as she slithered up to me.

I heard that Kymata. Zander hissed loudly through the pipes. I couldn't contain my laugher.

:well i suppose we had better get back. I'll tell Dumbledore about this in the morning: with that i transformed into longclaws and padded my way back to the dorm rooms, with Ky comfortably asleep in my wings.

THALIA POV (this is new)

I was buzzing. Literally. The air around me was filled with little cracks of lighting as my excitement built up. I was going to see Percy in a few days. As annoyed as i was at him for leaving, i really missed him.

"Thalia, calm. I miss him too but your going to set something on fire." Annabeth said. I managed to calm the lightning down.

"I can't wait Annie. I mean, i haven't seen him in ages and i really need to kick his seaweed ass." Annabeth laughed, so much so she fell off the bed. There was a knock at the door. Grumbling, annabeth answered. Leo stood there looking excited.

"Come on ladies. We need to get going. Long trip to Scotland. Plus, Leo needs his time with the English chikas." I tutted as i grabbed mine and Annabeths bag.

"What was Calypso say?" I asked inocently. Leo went pale.

"Don't tell her please." I laughed and Annabeth made the whipping motion, complete with sound effects. Leo quickly walked away, slightly embaressed.

"Lets go then." We walked over to the beach and saw everyone standing there. Chiron held a small clipboard.

"Okay. Anderson, Reyna. Here. Atlas, Calypso. Here. Chase, Annabeth. Here. Dare, Rachel. Here. DiAngelo, Nico. Here. Grace, Jason. Here. Grace, Thalia. Here. Gardener, Katie. Here. LaRue, Clarissa. Here. Levesque, Hazel. Here. McLean, Piper. Smith, pollux. Here. Rodriguez, Chris. Here. Solstice, Will. Here. Soll, Connor. Here. Stoll, Travis. Here. Underwood, Grover. Here. Valdez, Leo. Here. Woodlands, Juniper. Here. Zhang, Frank. Here. Looks like your all ready."

The argo two stood gleaming in the light. Leo had added some room bellow deck and expanded the Pegasus stables for the way back. Blackjack and the others had already flown, or run in Arion's case, to Hogwarts. We all boarded the ship. When i looked back the whole camp was stood there waving. I waved back.

"Remember, no trouble with the wizards." Chiron shouted. I nodded, though i doubted that with Clarisse around. I turned back and saw Jason at the front with Leo, beckoning me over.

"Ready sis." He asked.

"As ready as i'll ever be bro." With that, we used our air powers to lift the Argo up, and send it on the way to Scotland. One step closer to Percy.
